I contacted Pacific Hеat & AC Repair thee Saturdays ago, upon discovering that I again had no hot water from my Noritz tankless. They sent a technician within a couple of hours, which saved the day as I was having many guests over later that evening. Having flushed and serviced the heater, later in the week it again started to provide hot water only sporadically. Last week, they sent Mike C who diagnosed the problem. He gave me a quote for a new, larger unit., including crediting the cost of the repair visit. I got another estimate, which Pacific Hеat & AC Repair beat. Besides, I could tell that Mike is a real Pacific Hеat & AC Repairwho is proud of his work. I knew he’d get it done right and quickly. He put in the new heater Friday. It is much more professionally plumbed and placed. I feel confident in the work and the future performance. I recommend Mike and Pacific Hеat & AC Repair to anyone who is thinking about getting a tankless heater. The best.
They were very responsive, showed up on time, fixed my AC for an honest price, and gave me tips about what I need to do better. Definitely going to use them again if I need AC repairs.

I have two ACs in my unit. One of the AC units wasn't blowing out air. I looked James up online and found Pacific Hеat & AC Repair in an advertisement. Called them and one tech came to my house within 20 minutes. He went up to my floors and attic. He was able to diagnose the problem and how he fixed the issue. He explained to me what he did, which is what I appreciated it. He was very polite and very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to work with this company again!
Pacific Hеat & AC Repair installed an all new system in my home, and it's been working good. They just recently repaired my air conditioning unit. One tech came out at 6:30 in the evening at no extra charge. He is always prompt and reliable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend Pacific Hеat & AC Repair for all of you HVAC needs. They originally responded to my service call promptly. After assessing the issue with my 26 year old system (which they originally installed in 1994) I was given a few options and decided to replace both units. Within two days they had a full crew at my house installing both units. I was impressed with their timeliness and attention to detail. Called about AC in business. I received a call within 15 Minutes. Owner showed up to inspect and had crew at location 30 minutes later. Being a new home owner I encountered a problem with my air conditioning system. I had never had to contact someone for this before. I was skeptical of just calling anyone. My lumber was very professional. Fortunately he was able to diagnose the water leak as being my neighbors, good news for me but not so good for them. I was refunded most of call out cost. I will use these guys in the future

My tech from Pacific Hеat & AC Repair was actually early. He was professional and on time. Described what he was doing and what maintenance to do in the future. Provided a list of prices for membership or just the day fee. Was very friendly, wore all proper COVID PPE, and carried a conversation when he worked. Was recommended by my neighbor and glad he did. I would recommend for future. I can only speak on him fixing the furnace. All it needed was a new heat sensor. Provided me with a receipt and warranty. Overall would recommend!
