My apartment didn't have heat or hot water in the chilly winter. I Googled them and made a helpline call. Amazing customer service is provided by this company! Wonderful and hospitable employees work there. He provided a prompt response to my query.
Our water heater was gradually losing its life! Today, it finally found some peace. When we phoned Jim's Water Heater Repair, they arrived inside the promised window. The visitor was very courteous and knowledgeable. Once again, the timing was impeccable when he predicted that it would take around two and a half hours. This business stands out due to the price and customer service! I would unquestionably suggest this business to anyone in need of repair or replacement!

We moved home to find an old leaky shower. Jim came round and talked us through getting a new one installed. Once ordered they removed the old one and fit the new one and a pump in the loft in just a few hours. Looks fantastic. Great job. Would recommend +++

On August 8th, 21, I had a leaky water heater in the garage when I woke up. Three water heater companies were called. One asked Friday PM for an estimate, and two provided estimates for $70-75. When I phoned Jim's Water Heater Repair, they provided me with a hands-on estimate. After I agreed to the price, he started working at 1:30 PM. The heater turned on and I had hot water about 3:45. Along with new earthquake straps, he also installed water and gas plumbing. In his work, he was extremely efficient and professional. I heartily endorse this group.
They showed up on time the day of repairs. They worked straight until job was done. Very clean work. My furnace closet never looked this good. Both Mario and Sergio were very attentive and professional. They did a great job.

The gentleman that came was very polite and informative. He said it would take about two and a half hours and again the timing was perfect. The customer service and price make this company stand out! Jim’s Water Heater Repair technician did an incredible job of installing our new water heater in less than ideal installation conditions! He was at our home less than an hour after I initially called Jim’s Water Heater Repair, and had a brand new water heater professionally installed a few hours later. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his work. I would highly recommend this company and this technician in particular to anyone in need of a new water heater installation. If I could give Jim’s Water Heater Repair 10 stars instead of 5, I would.

The technician from Jim's Water Heater Repair called us at 9:00 am and was at our home within 30 minutes! Very pleasant on the phone and equally pleasant in person. He was knowledgeable about the product and explained everything and how he was going to replace the water heater. He gave me the breakdown of the total costs and guarantee. He was in and out within the time he said it would take and explained how the new water heater will work. He was professional and courteous. Nice guy and cute too!
