We recently called them for an a/c system repair service, and I can’t thank the technician enough for doing an excellent job with our unit. He was professional, courteous, and highly knowledgeable about the issues with our system unit. He arrived on time and went straight to work, promptly identifying and fixing the problem.
The service technician was polite and professional. He immediately diagnosed the issue with our air conditioner, was very knowledgeable, completed the AC repair, and gave us some good insight on future upgrades for our cooling needs.

Fast and efficient service, I would give a 10 instead of 5 stars rating. The technicians did a fantastic job with our ac repair when other companies refused to work on it. We were hopeless and thinking of a replacement instead. But we were pleasantly surprised and were very glad to have found them. They fixed the problem with our ac unit and have it running once again.

Mor Air is a fantastic HVAC company, and that is clearly obvious from the many positive reviews here. To share some aspects of my experience - Knowledgeable: Throughout the process I had various questions relating to the efficiency of my system, the rebates, installation, inspection; and every single time I came out of the conversation feeling satisfied with the information and better equipped to continue carrying conversations before and during the installation process. - Communication: In the early stages, when I was still in the due-diligence phase, communication was excellent. I spoke with Mario many times and felt guided through the process as well as informed. This carried over while the job was active, I always felt like I was able to reach Mor Air and felt pleased to be able to use different forms of communication. Not to see the bar too high, but when there were technical aspects of the equipment it felt easier to communicate via email, when there was something going on during the day I could text and get a reply or call right away. Mario sets the bar incredibly high when it comes to this. - Budget: I am confident that anyone doing their homework will find Mor Air to be a company with competitive pricing with an incredibly high bar when it comes to quality of work. I researched many many HVAC companies in my area and by the end Mor Air rose to the top for many reasons. Mor Air is a recommended DWP HVAC company and luckily my system qualified for a rebate. - Peace of Mind: When I finally settled and decided to go with Mor Air, I did so because I had gained so much confidence after the many interactions with Mario. This was further solidified after the work started and I got to see the crew work in my home. Lastly, when you speak with Mario and he explains the equipment warranty, labor warranty, and inspection process you know your system will be installed, calibrated, tested so thoroughly that you leave feeling in good hands after making such a major ho
