Nice job done on maintenance of my HVAC, so I will plan to have them back again for the next maintenance visit in the near future. Best company is Joe's Heating & AC Repair.
After explaining everything at length, and truly seeing the condition of my a.c. systems I opted to replace EVERYTHING, as recommended. It's a rental several states away. I don't have time to worry about if the a.c. is in good shape... They scheduled the job for the following week, and installed a brand new ac, all new ductwork, the whole thing. The process was seamless and they kept me informed with photos etc. And sent me all paperwork when it was done. Now I have a new system, the tenants say the house is so much more comfortable, and even smells better. Most importantly, I know that Joe's Heating & AC Repair has my back and I don't have to worry about anything as far as my a.c. and heating needs are concerned which is awesome, being an out of state property owner. Thank you so much guys!
My tenant called and let me know that the ac system was broken. I selected Joe's Heating & AC Repair because of their awesome reviews. We scheduled a service call for what I felt was a plenty reasonable price to have a contractor show up at my home and give us solutions. They showed up, a cpl of hours later, on time as promised. The technician found the problem and got my tenant going (awesome!) But he didn't stop there! He went over he entire system. Took a bunch of photos and then went out of his way to explain that while yes, it was back running, it really needed replaced. Since I'm way in, I said please put something together and get back with me via email/phone. Which they did!
recently bought a rental property. Seeing the investment opportunity, with all of the people moving there to escape gross cost of living. Figuring I would capitalize on that, what I didn't figure on was my home inspector COMPLETELY dropping the ball and not letting me know how mad the hvac system was. I found some AC issues which were very nicely solved by Joe's Heating & AC Repair.
Great company to work with! Heat went out at a commercial property and being that there was a cold front we needed someone to come out ASAP. Joe's Heating & AC Repair were able to come out in 3 hours and fix everything. Price is very reasonable too. I am considering a maintenance plan with Joe's Heating as long as the price is right! Really happy with their fast and efficient service!
Cannot say enough about this Joe's Heating & AC Repair! Had a different item go out on our air conditioner and called this morning at 7am(hours are 8-5). Expected to leave a message and got the owner who fit us in as soon as he could today! Our same wonderful service man from Joe's Heating & AC Repair came out and got us fixed up in in no time. They are my go to ac company from now on.

He is an extremely pleasant young man who wants to help his customers and, most importantly, knows what to do to to resolve heat and air issues. It looks like we have found a winner.
I spoke to staff of Joe's Heating & AC Repair first thing in the morning, and he was able to book a service call mid-day. This alone was much appreciated because it was supposed to hit 96 degrees, it was humid and my upstairs unit was iced. Staff kept the appointment and he immediately demonstrated that he is very capable. He troubleshot the air handler and identified a blown capacitor and opportunities to improve air flow across the coils. He went the extra mile to check out the system and made some basic but important improvements to solve the problem and improve my system performance. He recommended actions I can take going forward. The cost was very reasonable for the service performed - I recommend Joe's Heating & AC Repair to anyone in the area.
We had a new AC and heating unit installed and the old 65 year old heating unit dismantled and removed. The workers from Joe's Heating & AC Repair where very professional and considerate of our house. Unit was installed in one day. Staff along with his team were fantastic. Highly recommended.
I saw everything staff of Joe's Heating & AC Repair did to service the unit and I have to say he went above and beyond what I thought I was getting. The staff from Joe's Heating & AC Repair showed up on time and was able to confirm the problem right away; He offered us an upgrade to a better quality replacement with 5 years of warranty instead of 1 year - It was a bit steep but I was impressed with staff so we went for it. Thanks and it really works good.
My unit Capacitor went out and Joe's Heating & AC Repair came out the same day. Base on my research the estimated cost was a bit high but their reviews are so good so we gave it a try. And really i would say i got a very good service.
These guys are the best of the best, I had a complicated high voltage issue that left me without heat for several days and these guys diagnosed the issue so I could have my energy company fix the main problem, and then came back out very quickly afterwards and fixed everything in a timely and very professional manner. Don't call anyone else than Joe's Heating & AC Repair if you need service done best. 10/10.
I was very impressed with how this team of Joe's Heating & AC Repair works. You won't have just one tech's mind trouble shooting an issue. They were always calling each other to use their collective experience to problem solve my AC unit's issue. I also appreciate their communication regarding my scheduled visits. They were always reliable for being on time. They also were very good at educating me about the system, and their progress along the way. They earned a customer for life
Our AC was leaking water for a week. Our original contractor told us he could not come out until 25 weeks. I called Joe's Heating & AC Repair. Their Serviceman, came to our house that day. A leak pan was missing from our AC. He replaced it. I was so happy with the service I signed up for a maintenance contract. Staff was professional and did a great job. Prices are great

There is a reason Joe's Heating & AC Repair has a perfect 5 star rating. I'm usually the guy who calls a few companies and compares quotes, but this may be the highest rated company I've ever seen, and so I just went ahead and called. The staff helped me on the phone, and an hour later, a tech had arrived.
