My furnace stopped working and I called Napa Heating Repair . They sent a technician out the same day and had my furnace up and running the same day. Great service I highly recomend!!!
couldn't diagnose the issue what so ever
Great service! Our furnace went out so we called many hvac companies in Napa and they all gave a 6-8 week window for appointments. This was the ONLY company that could be here within 24 hours. They arrived within the time slot they said, were extremely professional, and very fast. They instantly found the problem, and gave a low quote, said they would be in touch after confirmation of ordering parts. Within 24 hours I reached out just to follow up and they said they would be over to my house later that afternoon. Again they arrived on time, were very polite and professional, and were done in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommend.
they don't answer the phone at 6:45am, but Google says they open 6AM. The website says 24 hour service! But, they don't answer the phone. What a joke. i am waiting since 2AM with a heater that doesn't turn off.
Horrible, horrible service. Technician didn’t show up at agreed upon scheduled time then blamed us for wasting his time. It’s 33 degrees in Napa and we have children in the house. Horrible person.
Extremely disappointed in the lack of integrity with this business. Rudy didn’t show up late, he actually just didn’t show up at all. He stated he just didn’t feel like it. Wow. Ok.
We had made an appointment with this company this morning. Upon my hour and a half drive home to meet Rudy, we were then informed that where we lived was too far and he didn’t “feel like driving that far”. This was brought to our attention after he was suppose to be here. This is also in the service area of where they operate in, however it seemed to inconvienant for him to be a man of his word. I feel like I was just discriminated against for where I live. If you say you cover Napa, then why don’t we fit into your requirement to service us since we live in Napa. Rudy, had you of been diligent in your approach to business you would have reviewed the information we gave you when we made the appointment and stated then whether or not you could be here when you stated. When I called to verify this, you then stated that you wouldn’t give me your name and that it was probably our fault for not giving you more information. In this life as a man, all you have is your word sir. And yours means nothin.
Greg was fantastic! It was a Saturday afternoon, hot as all get out, called at least 3 other HVAC companies and he was the only one willing to come out that day. Not only was he on time, he was earlier than what was promised. He quickly diagnoses the issue and fixed the Air Conditioning system. Wow, he was truly amazing, fun, engaging. Good thing he had the circuit board that needed replacing. I highly recommend Greg as an incredible technician, friendly customer service and fun to talk to as he worked. You won't go wrong with Greg!
