My AC stopped working. I called Bell Products in Napa and the next day David D. Responded to my residence. He arrived on time, was very courteous and professional. He spend all morning working on the AC and assured me he wasn’t leaving till everything was fixed. He kept me up to date on the progress and fixed the problem the same day. Thank you for the quick response and great service!

We called Bell out for an electrical issue with our heating/cooling system. They sent out a Technician named Scott Fletcher. Mr. Fletcher diagnosised the issue right away went out to his truck and installed the new part within minutes. While here he conducted an overall check up on our system and found a rag in our blower. I have no idea how it got there or how long it had been there. If Mr. Fletcher's hadn't been so through and detailed who knows what could have happened. Possible complete breakdown of our system costing us more money or worse fire! I hate to think of it. We will never call or recommend any other HVAC company and will ask for Scott always. Teri

I have hired Bell on several occasions for repairs on my old system and for other properties, and I have had only positive experiences. The first time I called them, they sent out Scott, who was able to diagnose and repair my heater's problems on the same day. The next time that I called them was for a different problem involving my AC compressor. I asked for Scott again and he was able to diagnose and repair the problem that same day, again. My mother-in-law had issues with her AC at another property and I asked for Scott by name, once again. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem with her AC unit right away. The level of service with Scott at Bell is way above and beyond anything I have experienced elsewhere. I would give more stars and Kudos if I could.

Bell Products always keeps us running no matter what. Scott Fletcher is the most knowledgeable person when it comes to HVAC. There is no problem he cant solve and always has us up and running in no time. He also helps out around the clock which is very beneficial to a site that runs 24/7 and is very dependent on its cooling. Scott has also helped me with some personal HVAC concern at my own home which have also been great. Like I if I ever had a HVAC problem there's no one else besides Scott I would want working on it.

We have used Bell Products for both new and existing installations, and especially their service department with excellent results. The Service group is outstanding, especially Scott Fletcher. Scott Fletcher is the best!! Very knowledgeable and experienced. He is very informative on letting you know what’s going on so you feel in the loop. He has helped us multiple times and always cleans up after himself. Very kind, easy to talk to and trustworthy!! On top of all that he’s fast and gets the job done right!! We highly recommend Scott.
Happy wife happy life! Scott Fletcher came out and installed a new A/C unit in our home. We never had AC before and my wife had been begging me for AC. The AC works perfectly. Scott called a couple days later to make sure everything was fine. My wife and I have never been happier!! Excellent service, excellent attitude!! Scott Fletcher IS OUR GO TO GUY!

Scott is a true professional craftsmen at his trade with unmatched knowledge and skill. On vacation at my parents house in Nogales. Scott, over the phone talked my husband through a technical AC repair. He knew every color of every wire and what it was for off the top of his head, it was impressive to say the least. In no time they trouble shot the problem and a $15 contactor later we were cool.
