Super friendly and knowledgeable! Made room for my service even though they were booked solid. Did what needed to be done without pressure to commit to other needed repairs. I'm going to have them do the repairs and also come back to repair my gutters this spring.

Wow! AC broke down in the middle of a heat wave. What are the chances you are going to get service, on the 4th of July weekend? I called first thing Saturday morning and John was here by 11:30. Diagnosed the problem, had the parts and fixed in 15 minutes. I don't believe I have had any better service than what I just received. My puppy and I thank you!

I have used them multiple times and it’s a father/son run business. They are honest and so easy to work with. I tried another local Lincoln company who was new to hvac and they did a tune up and tried to rip me off by thousands of dollars. Quality heating and air came by after and told me that my hvac was fine. They are honest and straight forward and their prices are very fair. I cannot recommend them enough.
I used Quality Sheet Metal & Heating & Air to inspect the HVAC system in a home I am buying. They were very responsive, professional, and got a report back to me very quickly.
Poor at keeping me informed while waiting for parts needed for repairs. This was addressed and now kept me posted. It took months to repair the system due to the manufacturers ,Bryant, trial and error repair method instead of just replacing the system. QSMH&A did their best dealing with Bryant and finally resolved the issue.
I called for urgent repair because water was bubbling in my ceiling from the storm. I talked to Tanya and she was wondering! Great customer service and got me scheduled right away. Tyler was the tech that came to my house and was great! From the time I called to the time he arrived was less than an hour. He found and fixed the issue with my roof and explained everything to me thoroughly. He was very polite and professional. I greatly appreciate the quick response and getting my roof fixed before it got worse.

The 2 gentleman that took out our old system and put in our new system did a great job. They made sure we had heat before they left and came back next day to finish up. They were professional, proficient and cleaned up everything. John came by to check in and complimented his employees. Nice to see.
