Came out timely and claimed he had to “rebuild” my system. It worked for a couple of days. When it stopped working I called them since I was under warranty for a year. I was met with much attitude but he did come out and “fixed “ it again. Same problem again. I called again and left a message, no response. I called again and again, still no response. I don’t recommend this company.
I had two companies check out the unit and both tried selling a new system. Glenn and his team diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than an hour. Highly recommend using this company.
Great company. Helped us to relocate an AC unit at our house. Seemed very knowledgeable and his crew was very professional. Price was fair for the work that was done. Will use them again.
Our air conditioning stops working, I notice the HVAC fan runs normally, but the air coming out of your vents isn't cold. When I asked google, it say the most likely cause is a failed capacitor the A/C unit. I called Good Value Heating and Air for the services. They came and inspect the unit and said the capacitor needs to be replaced. The cost of the capacitor is little over $20.00 but they want me to pay $470.00. Yes I am living in a nice neighborhood and have house but that doesn't mean they can ripoff me. I paid the service fee of $90 told them not to repair. I called another contractor to replace the capacitor and all good now. It took only 15 minuets to fix it.
Had Glenn come over for service maintenance/tune up check on our AC. He said the AC unit looks clean and the only thing it needed was a new capacitor. He was charging $220 to replace capacitor right there an then or $350 if I decide to do it later. I decided to do it right there in then. Unfortunately this guy is a rip off. I found out later the part is only $10 and takes 5 minutes to replace. Very disappointed especially during this tough financial times due to Covid.
Excellent service! Came out same day at the end of the day on a Friday. Fixed it in a few minutes, cannot say thank you enough!!!!

The heat pump on my rental house quit working, so I used one of the services and they referred me to one of the big HVAC companies. It took them 3 days to come out for the repair appointment. They charged me $78 to diagnosed the problem (it was a bad capacitor), and they wanted to charge me over $400 more just for the part. No, thank you. I called Good Value. Glen came by the same day (within a couple of hours), and fixed the same capacitor for $220. I know who to call now when I need HVAC help. Excellent service and reasonable prices - I highly recommend Good Value.
I have experienced nothing but professionalism and honesty from Glenn Julian. He always listened to my input while still giving his sound advice based on his many years of experience. I will continue to recommend him to anyone who needs a contractor. He and his team are hard working, on time, and they get the job done in the most efficient way. Quality work and definitely a great value!
We were having issues with our Heater. I gave Good Value a call....they had a technician out the same day! I was amazed. After taking a look at my unit, he realized that the thermostat was incorrect for my system. He had the part available, wired it in, and suddenly all was working perfectly. GOOD VALUE, GREAT PRICE!
I was completely satisfied with Good Value Heat and Air. They showed upon time for the inspection, and they were professional. Glenn Julian took the time to explain my options. The work was performed in a timely manner with out any problems. I was so impressed that as a real estate agent I have refereed them to many of my clients and everyone has been happy with them.
Our A/C quit cooling the house - the motor would come on and then just go off. We tried everything we could think of and finally called Good Value. They came early the next morning, figured out the problem quickly, had the parts necessary and had it running good again quickly.
Charged me $150 to replace a fuse. I had hooked up the thermostats, wired everything and blew a fuse. Would not recommend.
