Astro sent a technician to preform our semiannual spring maintenance service, just as they have been doing for us for the last 20 years. As usual, we were very pleased with both the technician and the service he provided.
Solar Panels - If you value post sales customer service - Pass They installed my panels and they work.....but to get them to call you back as a customer is nearly impossible......The true value of a business is if they call you back after the project is done and paid.........AND I asked to have more installed and still no return phone call after 2 inquiries..........There are plenty of great companies that will call you back so if you value a relationship move on...........
Astro was an easy booking process. I live close by and they sent a local technician which was cool. He inspected and tuned up my air conditioner, explained everything to me in a straight forward way. I felt he was trustworthy and provided quality work. Great job.
This is our 5th year of owning our Astro Air Heat/AC system, and also a visit for our annual summer maintenance. Our technician, Christopher Alvarado, was the most helpful and he educated us about our system more so then any visit we’ve had over the years. We also found our system has an electronic cleaner and the status light was RED so it needed to be cleaned. We said “system electronic cleaner?” Didn’t knew we had one or have forgotten over the 5 years since installation. He explained how it worked and why we didn’t need a filter at the intake - I had purchased a few to last a few years. Anyway no other technician mentioned this during prior visits and the cleaner was probably not working since it was in RED status. I just want to say thanks Christopher for being a professional and its appreciated!
Took about a day and a half to replace entire furnace and AC unit...had 4 quotes before finding Astro, and they beat all 4 quotes without knowing how much I was already quoted!!! Excellent service and quality
Cody came out here and fixed our unit. It was a small project. He didn't make it out to be more. This Company is amazing. There not going to sell you something you don't need. We recommended them to our neighbor after they got an astronomical quote. Come to find out there was nothing wrong with there unit. I strongly recommend this Company.
Awesome team! We have 5 air conditioners on our property (yes 5). Astro air installed and maintains them all. Over 6 years now! Great service, reasonable rates, professional teams.
