We LOVE our new heater and air conditioner! Nexgen was amazing from the moment I made our service appointment to the follow-up call after installation. Art, from service, methodically tested and inspected our 15 year old system and found it to be on its last leg. All evidence was presented to us and the facts clearly revealed we needed a new unit. Ryan, seamlessly managed our service contract and financing with efficiency and amazing customer service. We were even able to conduct all business by secure emails while on the phone with him to walk us through the process. The process took less than 30 minutes to complete and was soooo easy. The following day, Ossie and Michael professionally installed our new unit. They were amazing as well. They were on time, their customer service was top- notch, all communication was very clear with questions clarified, the work area was respected and left clean, the final result was also aesthetically pleasing and professional, and they ensured we knew how to change the air filter and use the thermostat. If that wasn’t enough, they were just awesome kind guys. There were several points of contact with various members of customer service to ensure the entire process was smooth, to keep us informed and to confirm we were satisfied. They made us feel very supported, and welcomed any questions or concerns we had. I’m terribly sorry for not recalling their names, but please know you were an integral part to the entire process running smoothly. Every single person I spoke with is an asset to the team and company. WOW, it shows in action and deed. Thank you so much for making this necessary investment in our home a positive experience. Aaron called me because he was going to be early. That was fine. When he got here, he told me that I had to replace my whole faucet assembly. I found this quite odd because there was absolutely nothing wrong with mine. He said he had to leave for an hour and a half to go get one well this was odd. Also all I had was a leak in the cold water function. The charge is $547. I showed him the $100 savings for that day. So $457 for a leak. I didn’t need the whole assembly. But at this point on July 3 I couldn’t call another person out. To come fix this cold water that wouldn’t turn off and that was running in my shower. I feel like I got taken advantage of as a woman and when I called, it was not explained to me that I would have to buy a whole new assembly it was just a leak where the cold water would not shut off. I will never use these people again because they were not upfront telling me I have to buy a whole new assembly. People beware of this company.
Cesar the Plumbing Technician and Eduardo the HVAC Technician were great. Cesar did my water heater flush and provided some great information. Eduardo completed my HVAC maintenance and provided some invaluable information and insight. These Gentlemen were awesome.
I called because neither of our units were cooling properly. They squeezed me in before the weekend so I wouldn't be without air for the upcoming heat wave. Marcus called and asked if he could come early which was awesome. He got both units up and running for me. I would highly recommend Marcus Williams as he explained everything thoroughly to me. He will also be replacing a motor under the warranty for me as soon as it comes in.
We scheduled for a tune up, but found out we needed something else repaired. Juan helped us schedule a new appointment with a repair technician for the next day. He also let us know his initial thoughts on the repair and what to expect moving forward.
Mr David T arrived in a timely manner. Clean looking young man who worked above and beyond, explaining everthing that he was doing. My husband really liked that!!!. I will definitely call NexGen and ask for him to repair some issues that need to be address soon. Thank you so much for educating us on all our question...
Carlos, the technician was absolutely amazing. Very professional, on time, and quickly diagnosed the problem. His boss however….was as high pressure of a salesman as I think I’ve ever seen in my nearly 49 years. Insulting my intelligence and ability as a consumer is not a good look.
David did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem, and giving me recommendations. He kept he up to date during his entire visit. Quality employee!
Friendly helpful professional technician. I scheduled NexGen to do their $88 tuneup special and fortunately was able to catch some issues that need to be resolved before it becomes a bigger expense.
I had both a plumbing and an air conditioning tech out to my house on the same day to perform some preventive work and both of my techs were AWESOME! They were so patient and answered my 9 million questions. They were very knowledgeable and gave me tons of great information and explained options with lots of details. I feel that they were both honest and reliable. I will be a customer for a long time!
Nexgen is my HVAC company from now on. ACE Heating & Air just cancelled my appointment very rudely in order to make more money. I was basically “insignificant.” Nexgen kept the appointment and resolved every issue that I had. I am going with professionals instead of gold diggers from now on.
David T., the technician that came out and did our routine service was awesome, very professional and gave us answers to all of our questions and concerns. He also recommended additional products and service that would help us extend the life of our system. NexGen is a top-notch organization and always rakes care of us in regards to whatever we need for our heating and cooling needs.
Christian C at the Orange County branch came out quickly, and was able to help us solve our problem quickly and professionally. I'm extremely happy with the service I received and will use these guys again.
