I called this morning when our tenant notified us the AC unit was dead and she was worried having a child with a chronic illness that cannot get overheated. We panicked as everywhere was booked until next week. Then I talked to James. He totally empathized and rearranged their schedule to get Nick out within *hours to assess the situation. They miraculously fixed the 28 yr old unit, but we agreed a new unit was in order and will be replacing next week. THANK YOU Jason and Nick for your big hearts and wonderful service!! We couldn’t be more pleased and they will always be referred to anyone we hear is in need of HVAC service.
Just Right Services recently installed a new A/C in our son's condo. From Drew first visit to all the employees who worked on the project, we have only great things to say. They met their quote, did a fantastic job, and were always courteous and professional. Once done, they left the place clean which we appreciated. Because of the trust and job satisfaction, we decided to hire Just Right Services again, to install a new A/C and Water Heater in our house. I highly recommend them.

Tech who came out was friendly and knowledgeable. Prices were outrageous. Went with someone else which is a shame because the first time we used them the work was good and the cost reasonable

I would highly recommend Just Right Service - William was very impressive in the way he handled our request. He explained everything to us clearly, and gave us multiple options afterwards. He was transparent with the issue we had with our AC, and seemed to go above and beyond to help us. He was professional and prompt with the work, and seemed to have done a great job overall.
Leo came over to my house to install a thermostat. I had received a text message informing me that he was on his way. He showed within the 30-minutes and great job installing the thermostat.

I just had my AC system checked out for summer and we found a small part needing to be replaced. Mitch took the time to show the digital readouts that led to his recommendation and answered all my questions about possibly updating my unit but did not push for unnecessary expenditures right now. I appreciate the honesty!
Getting ready for the sping/summer use of the A/C and depend upon Just Right Services to get things ready and avoid any A/C season pitfalls. Always done professionally with aplomb and professionalism. Nick is our guy and has been taking care of us regularly. We will continue to keep doing maintenance business with Just Right and they do a great job! Kudos guys!!
These guys have always done a great job for me. I’ve always had Nick come out and he is professional and courteous. They have been maintaining my hvac system and installed a water heater. I highly recommend them.
We called for service for our heating unit. They came out advised we should replace the entire unit. We agreed and had a new heating unit installed. The service was professional and good. The first winter the unit stopped working. We called and they came out identified the problem and replaced the part under warranty. We only use heat a couple months a year. This winter it broke again we scheduled an appointment they came out identified the problem and said they would order the part. At this point I’m started to have regret. Our previous unit worked flawlessly for my entire life. Now I know they don’t make things like they used to but this feels bad. After a couple weeks the part came in. They called and said part came in and scheduled appt. Monday came they called to confirm appt and said tech will be out tomorrow and this is your Bill amount. Feeling frustrated and losing trust and regretting my decision of replacing unit and not getting second opinions I left a review with my feeling. The owner followed up and looked into my account. He was able to discover that manufacture has had issues with these new units recent changes in gov regulations. He was able to put in a order to the manufacturer. I was really happy with the customer service and the kind response from Just Right Service. They showed that they care and will make things right.
This company is very professional and knowledgeable. So I have a hydronic HVAC system and no company could help me with my issues. So if valve is turned one way then I have heater but no hot water, need to turn on heater for hot water. If turned the other way, there is hot water but heater blows cool air like a fan. So Just Right was able to diagnose the situation immediately and my technician Nico was very professional and clean and got it done in less than one hour. Turns out the older water heater had a built in check valve and Nico had to install a check valve and hose spigot bib. Very professionally done and very proper job. I give this company 5 stars!!! Don’t waste your time if you have a hydronic system. This company is your one stop solution. Thanks Nico… you are a blessing. I have hot water again and not waste energy and resources and no more cold showers.
