Excellent work! I'm a repeat customer for over 2 yrs for both plumbing and AC work. Patrick and Derek are very professional, offer great service and the issue has always been fixed within hours of my call even when on weekends and holidays. Price has always been reasonable.

June 26 2023 - Excellent service by Timothy Thomas, replacing kitchen sink equipment. Five star for Timothy and another 5 star for Always Plumbing. Absolutely amazing service from Norman at Always Plumbing. Attention to detail and making sure incidental issues addressed that were caused by the main water heater rupture. I would VERY HIGHLY recommend Always Plumbing and huge commendation to Norman for his excellent work. 11/12/2021 Called for another plumbing problem. Thomas and Tim came over quickly and were very helpful. They did an excellent job and I would again VERY HIGHLY recommend the Alway Plumbing team.

I had a great experience with Tim. He was very polite and knowledgeable. Tim had done a plumbing repair due to a burst pipe a few months ago and did a great job on that. Recently, I decided that after going through the various repairs to this 50 year-old house from the water damage from the burst pipe, I wanted to re-pipe the house to avoid future problems. A couple of plumbers came by to quote, but due to the age of the home and the repairs done over those 50 years, they couldn't figure out how to re-pipe and didn't even quote the job. I remembered Tim and gave him a call. He came right over the next morning and got up in the attic and looked at all the piping and then was able to explain to me clearly what pipes went where and how the water flowed through the whole house. He was very patient as I asked him a lot of questions. He didn't charge for any of this, and I told him what I wanted done and what I didn't to save and he didn't try to upcharge me. He explained clearly what he was going to do, we discussed a few options and I chose what was best for me in my situation and he had a quote a few minutes later. He started the job next day and it went as expected. Plumbing was all clean and well done, he explained to me if an issue arose that required me to decide this-or-that and executed well. The overall price was reasonable, the work was excellent and I would use Tim again.

Timothy Thomas went above and beyond today. His notes indicated he was there to repair a sink but my appointment was for repair of a dryer vent. Although not a plumbing issue, he cleared my vent and provided a good recommendation to address the situation in the future. I will definitely call him in the future for other services provided by the company.
Matt Hamry and Derrick did a great job on pipe re-routing to fix the slab leak .They were professional and finished the job on time. I would highly recommend “Always Plumbing” for all your plumbing needs.

Tim was very thorough, explained what he was checking for and I feel was honest.
Needed a plumber to fix a leak under the kitchen sink at a renter's condo. Turned out we needed a new garbage disposal and strainer. Told me it would be a $980. repair. I asked why so much because a new garbage disposal was only $150-$200, and was told if I had the garbage disposal it would only be $250 to install. I quickly got bought a disposal and brought it over to the condo. I got the wrong strainer and the plumber said he had one in the truck that he'd had for awhile and it wouldn't cost much so I told him to go ahead. He ended up charging me $550 total for the repair. No way the part he showed me should have cost $300. I will never use this company again.
Called because water under my manufactured home. Turned out to be a bad water heater. Derek and Joe (?) came and was very thorough checking all the pipes and installed water heater. They were both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Liked working with them.
Matthew Hamry came to fix our broken bathtub faucet. He did absolutely amazing work, and also gave us really useful tips to prevent future leakage. He was not only very professional, but also kind. It was such a pleasure to talked to him. I would recommend this service to anyone who has issue with plumbing.
