They are honest, fair, and provide great service. I have used this company twice in two years and both times I was very satisfied with the cost and service. I often receive mail marketing from companies whom I have conducted research on but they have suspect reviews. United Air has consistent reviews and provides consistent quality service to backup those reviews. I would recommend them to anybody.
United Air Care came out to do a general servicing and maintenance to our AC and Furnace. The Technician was on time and friendly. Very knowledgeable; was able to walk me through entire process of everything he was doing and able to answer any questions I had along the way. Also gave me some general advice and best practices.
My HVAC stopped working over this past weekend. I did some research and chose a couple of companies for quotes. I called United Air on Sunday morning and was promptly greeted by an office manager who took down my information and told me a consultant would call me back. I was not in a hurry, as one of my HVAC units was still working. Nonetheless, Ron called me back shortly and set an appointment for later in the day. When he arrived, he was very professional and thorough. I knew already that I was not going to spend more than I needed to, but I still allowed Ron to go through all of the options and explain all of the features and benefits of each option. I then had the 2nd company come on Monday. While a few hundred dollars cheaper, they did not include any of the additional work, nor were they professional about anything. Instead, they had the typical contractor mentality of take it or leave it. So I called Ron back Monday morning to accept one of the quotes, and he had me scheduled for a Tuesday morning install. The installers, showed up promptly at 9AM and exceeded all of my expectations. They were polite, explained everything to me, and immediately covered all of the traffic areas with thick tarps to prevent dirt and damage. They worked tirelessly for 8 hours to remove the old unit and install the new one to meet current code. They checked in with me several times during the installation to make sure everything looked good, and their technical expert also stopped by to make sure everything was going well. They completed the job, upgraded all of my safety features including shutoff switches, drain line connections, and even changed a return air duct to finally solve the problem of poor cooling in my master bedroom. They asked before they did anything to change the appearance and layout of the existing system, and they cleaned the entire work area when they were complete. A great experience having a contractor meet and exceed what was promised!! Had our HVAC system replaced. United Air Care team on-time for morning arrival plus a phone call 30 minutes prior. Replaced our entire system plus added a cold air return. Neat, orderly and good installation. Very pleased with the work process, cleanup and installation. Workers were polite and professional. Answered all questions we had during the day. Highly recommend.
We had United Air Care install a whole new HVAC system in our house, including new ductwork and additional insulation in the attic. Edward gave us several options of systems to choose from and provided a thorough explanation of the differences between each system. He also knew the requirements and facilitated getting the rebates that were available at that time. Installation was well done and our system is so much more efficient than the one it replaced. Everything works beautifully and we are happy to have hired an HVAC company that provides such professional and competent service.
United Air Care were very great and very knowledgeable. Came very highly recommended by many of our neighbors and exceeded our expectations. These guys are courteous and quick. In just a few hours they replaced our coils and ac unit. Great follow up and a pleasure to do business with.
Had a great experience with United Air Care. I called them up in the morning about a broken A/C, it was fixed and working perfectly by the afternoon. Service was prompt, professional, honest and timely. He called when he said he would, followed through on his word and was pleasant to work with.
My home AC stop working, in the morning I call around and United Air were the only ones that were able to schedule a morning appointment. The Technician was super nice, very knowledgeable and the most important thing Honest with his description of the problem and action plan to fix my unit. Highly recommend them and I'll definitely will buy my next AC unit from them.
I called United Air Care. I had them install a new HVAC system in a rental property are they are professional in every respect. They do what they say, when they say they will do it, and at the price we agreed upon before starting the job. The day before I had another contractor over and he walked off the job after I caught him dragging a brand new condenser on its side over some rocks. After the contractor walked off the job, I immediately called back to set an appt and they did my project the very next day. I strongly recommend United Air Care!
