The 'title 24 air sealing' work did not meet requirements laid out in the contract; they only sealed around some of the ceiling lights and AC registers, leaving 99% of the top plates, electrical wires/pipes, and other penetrations untouched. Very surprising given that My Air Conditioning inc is a Home+ participating contractor.
They are top professionals who provide high-quality service. They arrived on time, leaving everything spotless and in excellent order. They also demonstrated lots of patience with my endless questions! Very impressed with this service.

Mr Air Conditioning Inc was professional and knowledgeable company. They helped us figure out the root of the problem and what we can do in the future to prevent it from happening again. Our AC is blowing cool air again!

I was experiencing issues with my fan in my air conditioner and the air was coming out warm so I believe it was something to do with the freeon Well I called this place and they fixed all those problems for half of what other places were charging! And the tech was really nice(Joe! Thank you for the good service ! Will pass the word around about this place. Wish you all the best, and Joe i will take your advise and call you guys for maintenance atleast once a year before summer and once before winter.
