Highly recommend Ultimate Air. Professional, courteous, respective. Incredibly helpful. We even signed up for their bi-annual check which is incredibly affordable and allows me to just forget about it.
Erez came to my house to start my air conditioner. He arrived on time and finished in a timely manner as promised. The estimate I was given was very reasonable compared to other estimates I was given by others. Erez was very honest. There were some issues and our cost was changed which he warned us prior to starting his work. We made the check incorrectly and he was honest with us and let us know we had overpaid. Guy came out and although I typically suspect the worst in people (thanks to past experiences), I really felt like he was being very honest and transparent. Huge help and gladly paid the diagnostic fee. If we do need to get the repair done (so far it’s working fine now thanks to him jump starting AC motor), we will use this company! I’m a great judge of character, and couldn’t be happier with the service I received! A+
