I recently purchased a new house and had to replace my heating and air unit. I used Adam at Professional option heating and Air Conditioning to install the new unit. I have used them over the years for any heating and air needs. He has helped make suggestions to what I could do to make my house more energy efficient, but has never pushed me into anything. I trust his opinion and will continue to use him.
A co worker of mine refered me to Professional option heating and Air Conditioning telling me my unit needed to be replaced and it was going to cost a lot of money, but Professional option heating and Air Conditioning staff came over and within 10 minutes he found what was broken, replaced it and now its purring like a kitten. So easy decision. I went with Professional option heating and Air Conditioning, scheduled it at a time where I'd be at work but I had a family member at the house to coordinate. They were fantastic. They got everything done in a day, and even came back the next day to set up a thermostat I'd purchased that didn't come in the day they were here. Adam even called me the day of installation to check in with me about an issue with the roof. Not his fault and it was really minor, but I appreciated him calling and asking me what I wanted rather than just proceeding and hoping I wouldn't notice. This process was genuinely seamless. The crew was great (and they were super friendly to my dog, an added bonus), they left zero mess, and it was a good deal financially. Their honesty has gained my trust, recommendation, and business for life.
Professional option heating and Air Conditioning staff came out at time that worked for me and did a thorough job walking the house and checking everything out and then gave me a very reasonable quote - several thousand less than almost every other place I got quotes from. He was honest and straight forward with what he thought the house needed and gave options without being pushy on upgrades. The whole process felt easy and relaxed. There was never any pressure to buy or to pay the most.

Excellent service. Got here same day and early during the worst heat wave ever here. A part had to be ordered so it took another day but now up and running. knows what he's doing. We plan to use this company for all further hvac work.
I highly recommend this company to service your AC unit. First of all, the customer service is friendly and helpful. All cost associated to the initial visit is being told clearly so no confusion. I had an AC leaking so the first guy came and did a detail checking of my unit, told me that just cleaning the filter will work but soon after a week later the unit leaked again. I contacted them again quoted the job ref no. and they sent out second guy to fixed it.
AC went out yesterday. Got on the internet at 10pm and entered a Service Request. They emailed me back right away and called me first thing in the morning to confirm our appointment that early afternoon. Technician was very informed, had all the parts he needed on his truck, and made all necessary repairs on the one trip. Recommend Professional Option Heating and Air Conditioning for any service. Professional Option Heating and Air Conditioning diagnosed my AC Problem and got my parts ordered right away. As soon as the parts were available the install was scheduled. We had the technician out on time, and he did a great job. He was very organized, professional, and completely cleaned up when done. I had definite top-notch job.
