We got 5 estimates from different companies before we chose "The Right Choice Heating & Air". In comparison to the other contractors we spoke to they were at the top of the list with their knowledge and professionality. Sean and Michael gave us a great system at a price that was significantly less than the only other contractor that was as knowledgeable as they were. They scheduled their crew to be at our home for the installation within 3 days. Within 3 days after that they had installed the new AC system and replaced all the ducts in the house. Their crew was on time, courteous, clean and professional. They saved us well over a thousand dollars from the next quote. We couldn't be happier.
Workers came by today and the had great customer service. They was very personable and friendly and I would use this company again in the future.

Technician arrived on time, did an excellent job on our HVAC system. He thoroughly cleaned, checked everything and also replaced filters. He is very professional and courteous.. Would recommend The Right Choice HVAC💛
I paid this company over $14000 to install a new HVAC system in my sfh. I've had regular problems with this new system, and after 3 years I've just learned it's because they failed to install properly sized air intake ventilation (probably to save themselves money, at my expense). The issue has undoubtedly caused premature wear on my system (the heat-exchanger, specifically), which is incredibly frustrating after spending as much as I did. The worst part is, I kept calling The Right Choice to come fix the issue, which of course they only applied a band-aid fix. Frankly, many of their technicians seem to be a dangerous combination of incompetent and unfriendly, and that's when they're able to get a technician out in the first place. When my system failed this winter (again; and a couple weeks after paying for hvac maintenance in an attempt to preempt any additional failures), the soonest they said they could get a technician out was FOUR DAYS LATER. During the coldest time of the year, to fix a problem they caused. We called another company, and they came out same-day. We transferred the manufacturer's warranty to the new company in the following days. This company repeatedly gave me the run-around. Management avoided speaking to me directly despite repeated requests. Frankly, after their gross incompetence, they're lucky I haven't taken legal action. Do yourself a favor. Get a recommendation from someone you know. Don't do business with this despicable company.
The guys arrived right on time,took out the old units, installed both new units. I was very happy with the whole process. Also, great warranty. I Will absolutely recommended The Right Choice HVAC.😍

The Right Choice HVAC did an excellent job of installing my new hvac system. They were very pleasant and answered all my questions as they worked diligently at their trade. After programming the new thermostat, they walked me through the method. They removed all the old equipment, cleaned up and removed all trash. I will absolutely recommend The Right Choice HVAC.
They did an excellent job replacing two air conditioning units on what turned out to be the hottest day this summer. Their team spent the entire day installing and testing out the units. They were true professionals, did great work, and cleaned up everything. Highly recommend The Right Choice HVAC.
