AC went out late Friday night. I called them at 7am Saturday morning and by 740am the technician was here and by 800 I had cold AC. very professional and great service. Thank you.

Really want to take this opportunity to thank Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair for coming out so quickly. My husband placed the call and one tech was sent out the very next day. He was very good at what he does as well as friendly. He found the problem and was very honest about his findings. Our problem was only a loss screw. He showed my husband what it was and didn't changer us for anything. It was refreshing to come across such an honest company. I will be sure to use them in the future.
We are doing a complete remodel of our building. Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair tech did a great job replacing our asbestos heating ducts and vents. His team also removed several ducts and vents that we no longer need. Pricing was fair and they completed work as expected. We would definitely hire them again!

They’ve been great in fixing my ac in the past. I recently called to have a furnace maintenance. The scheduler was awesome and the repairman was thorough and detail oriented. We still have some hot days ahead of us, but my furnace is ready for the winter!
Just had Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair service my air conditioner that wasn’t cooling. I couldn’t be happier with our techs professionalism and knowledge. He replaced a capacitor in no time and also checked the freon level to make sure it wasn’t low. I am thinking of replacing the unit by next year and will give them a call.

We had a complex issue with our air-condition and from speaking to the reception staff who took the time with our queries to the insight and expertise of the service technician who came out on short notice, Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair went above and beyond to help us with an emergency call out in peak summer weather. They ended up offering far more than the usual service, they thoroughly explained the fault and the fix (at a really reasonable cost) and left us grateful for their time and help (which is rare these days). They did a great job repairing my furnace after it filled the house with smoke and a burnt metal smell. He called to assure me it was safe to go back into the house and gave me his best guess over the phone. He showed up within 90 minutes, and his guess was right! He was friendly and explained everything so we could understand it. When a part wasn't available until next day, he left us with a space heater. I would definitely recommend Pacific Coast Heat & AC Repair.
