Technician is a lovely bloke, friendly and professional, very fair prices, you'll struggle to find a better service, hes fixed a leak in my bath in a jiffy, plus installed a lovely new outside tap no bother, clean and tidy and nice to chat to :) we will be getting our kitchen done next year and will be going back 😀 👍 highly recommended 😀
Technician was absolutely wonderful. He was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. I called him at 12pm as we started hearing a weird sound from the boiler and he was at the property at 2pm. He was able to squeeze in the appointment and find the problem with the boiler. I would highly recommend him for your boiler needs.
I received a rapid response to my first call and the work was done on the following day. The plumber who attended was polite and proficient, and the problems were resolved.

I called the Marin phone number for Joe’s Plumbing & Heating on a Friday. Steve came out the same day to give me an estimate for a new 50 gallon water heater. By Monday he had it installed within a few hours. I am very happy with the service and the professional
Our water heater stopped working and we were able to call Joe’s Plumbing & Heating and have them come out less than 24 hours later and replace our water heater. Our technician Brad was great, very nice and totally awesome about following Covid safety protocols. We totally use this company again.
They had a cancelation so they came a day early. Had the water heater I wanted on the truck. Doniel was very professional and knowledgeable and was done in less time than he estimated. I would definitely recommend Joe’s Plumbing & Heating if you need a new water heater.
This morning, 9/15/14, our water heater was leaking badly and withing 3 hours, Steve from Joe’s Plumbing & Heating came out to access the damage. He removed the old, damaged water heater and installed a new water heater within a couple of hours. He was very friendly, informative and efficient. We are happy with his work and the fact that Joe’s Plumbing & Heating offers a one year warranty with their work and parts. We highly recommend them.
I was extremely pleased with Joe’s Plumbing & Heating. Don S. came out and determined my old hot water heater was broken and within a few short hours, the installation of a new Rheem 40 gallon Hot Water Heater was complete. The service tech Justin was on time and professional. When he presented the quote, he clearly explained what he would be doing and what would be replaced (i.e. valves, vent, etc.) in addition to the water heater. Justin completed the work in a very timely manner, on budget, and was just a really nice guy, answering any additional questions I had throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend these guys.
Joe’s Plumbing & Heating made replacing my aging water heater easy! They gave me a date and 3 hour window to show up for an estimate. Brad called me and let me know what time he would be arriving. He gave me an assessment of the situation and provided an estimate to replace the water heater. He had a replacement with him and was able to do it immediately. He advised me along the way of any modifications that he recommended and completed the job in 2 1/2 hours. He made me feel confident in his ability to get the job done correctly and I am very happy with the outcome. He did a great job! Thank you Brad!
I had called two other local places to have a hot water heater replacedon my rental. The tenant had no hot water and the first place I called took all my info and did not show up, when I called they said they were waiting for me to call them with tenants phone number which they initially said they would get by email. I ended up calling Joe’s Plumbing & Heating and they were nice on phone and competent . They said they could get some one out quickly to look and give me an estimate. I got a call from the tech shortly after and he was already on his way. He called me back with an estimate and the price was less than two other places I had checked. I authorized it and they installed it right away. Problem fixed ! The guy I talked to when I first called ( Greg) called me back later thanking for my business and though wow these people are really good. Highly recommended!
We called in the morning after noticing that our water heater was leaking. Joe’s Plumbing & Heating gave us a window between 1pm and 3pm. The technician who came was Dillon G.. He was very punctual. He arrived at 1pm and worked hard until almost 4pm. He did a great job replacing our old water heater by a new one. He was very competent, very efficient and courteous. He was very careful and left the installation area within our house as clean as it was when he arrived. He worked very diligently, carefully and methodically. The work was not easy: some of the water pipe connections were rusty since we have had our old water heater for about twenty years. We appreciably greatly Dillon’s excellent service and professionalism.
Fantastic service! He was wonderful and patiently went through all of my options with a tough situation with my water heater. We figured out the best way forward and he did it all--very professionally.
