DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! When the tech arrived he said he would have to go back to the office and get a longer ladder to access my AC Unit and would be back… He never came back… it was not until I called them that they said they would not be able to complete the job citing some IMC Code 306.5 that does not apply to my building height. It also took them 2 weeks to notify my warranty company which is now refusing to send anyone else out because of this company’s laziness and incompetence. They are also not licensed to do this work which further explains their lack of knowledge.
Heat and cool care came to our house today even it was a Saturday. They came to rescue us in this hot day. They were on time and very honest. I am very happy with their service. They will be recommended to all my friends and family.
