My project manager, also contacted me and we discussed what went wrong. In the end we agreed that it was a combination of miscommunication and actual quality issues. Thanks.

I've never seen a company with such a speedy response time. All of the technicians are quite helpful and always find a method to cure my current problem, which is crucial when it comes to air conditioning. Our air conditioner was back up and running within 20 minutes of our latest technician figuring out the issue. Wonderful. We'd suggest them to anybody we know.

I noticed my ductless air conditioner started leaking on the inside. I called Creative Climate Heating and Air Conditioning and they sent a repairman and replaced the unit. Very thorough and professional to their job. Fixed my AC completely and the communication was fantastic. Keeps you informed all along the process and so easy to talk to. I called this business on a Monday evening, it felt like it was 90 degrees still outside and felt the same way inside! Luckily we had some fans for the night , they were able to get me in first thing in the morning and cane over to fix my air conditioner... now we’re ready for summer..
The tech showed up at the scheduled time and got the issue with the AC handled in about a hour... awesome service, recommend to all.
