In a city where there a hundreds of Air Conditioning vendors, I got lucky with Cool Air Pros. Besides being courteous, on time, Julio and his associates worked very hard and fast and explained what was going on with my air conditioning unit. I would recommend this company over and over again. And. I will be recommending this company to my 71 unit condominium community today. They are also at the top of the list of vendors for DWP. I have to deal with condo vendors daily and Cool Air Pro is fantastic.
They were supposed to install new thermostat. Instead they broke a complete a/c unit, connected wrong wires and fried them, then blamed the thermostat. Either incompetent or malicious, I have no idea, but you’ve been warned. Btw no one ever followed up with us, to fix anything - not that I would ever have allowed them back in - I had two electrician friends come look at it and then - and we ended up going with NexGen to come out and replace our now extinct unit. We call it our $4,000 thermostat.

Truly exceptional service! If you have an Ladwp utility bill they participate in the ac optimization program. They travel all over la county. And there’s nothing paid up front. They are actually extremely professional, have appt scheduling that sends text reminders and tracks the technician. This company also seems to be expanding quickly because others must feel the same. I’ve been a homeowner for 15 years and I can say that this is AC company does things correctly. They have equipment to test, and send a certificate in the mail when done.
I cannot begin to express how happy we are with Cool Air Pros! The gentlemen who answered the phone calls were so very helpful, respectful, knowledgeable, and kind. They were able to get us an appointment to have our air conditioner serviced so quickly. Perfect communication with us! A very special thank you to Joey Schultz, who did an amazing job with repairing our air conditioner. He went over and above with assisting us! Thank you so much, Cool Air Pros. I will highly recommend your business to everyone I know.

COOL AIR Pros is a great company and I highly recommend their services. These days it's all about trust. I happen to come across them on Angie's list 3 years ago because my AC wasn't turning on, even though it was working. They came out and simply fixed it at no charge! I only paid for the AC Tune-up! On top of that, they installed a Google Nest thermostat for free because they work with the city of Los Angeles Department of Water & Power. I have called them every summer since and trust their work, appreciate their professionalism and attention to details.
Cool Air Pros were very professional. They texted before their arrival and were very prompt. They took their time to assess the problem and then suggested several options to fix the thermostat. They installed a new thermostat that works perfectly. I will definitely use them in the future and suggest their services to others. Great business, and they will be my go-to company for anything related to AC/heat.
The service was great. The technician took the time to explain the work and what was done. He showed pictures, readings, and even showed me the piece he changed along with real time readings. I was in the middle of meetings for work and was short in my responses, but the tech maintained a high level of professionalism and was extremely courteous and patient. Would highly recommend their service.

They are very easy to contact and their work is excellent. All the technicians are knowledgeable, friendly, on time and practice COVID-19 safety responsibly. I will continue to call them anytime I have a problem with my central AC or heating systems.
