Ara came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained everything, helped program my new Nest thermostat and charged a very fair/honest price. I'll definitely call Chatsworth Discount Air Service for any future problems.

Not only did he make a thorough inspection of our heating/cooling system but he also took great pains to investigate a possible leak we had. It turns out that we didn’t have a leak at all and he was able alleviate our concern. He SLO took extra special care in replacing the filter. Highly recommended.

Our AC failed for no apparent reason. We have used Chatsworth Discount Air Service before so we called them again. We obtained our appointment and our technician arrived. As Chatsworth Discount Air Service maintains our system they are familiar with our components. He id’d the failed part through his knowledge and experience. Replaced the part, tested our equipment, surveyed our system, and declared it worthy (Lol) to again cool our house! I highly recommend Chatsworth Discount Air Service as it moved our availability from next Tuesday to today! It is a value and all of our business dealings with Chatsworth Discount Air Service have been professional, prompt, courteous, and honest! The bonus is they are local and are our neighbors. Chatsworth Discount Air Service tech team assessed why our furnace gave off an electrical lingering burnt smell. He examined everything providing a clear explanation of what our options would entail. He was a polite, very pleasant, informative and thorough, everything a polished professional ought to be. He went back to the office and returned with 2 portable heaters until our situation is resolved. We consider ourselves blessed to have had him give us a service visit.
