We called to see if they were going to come out and look at our freezer but no one answered.
My fridge that I use to store my cakes & treats, kept leaking water on the top shelf. I tried to prevent it but had no luck... I finally got it serviced & it was super quick & affordable. Definitely worth doing business with!
Herman came and fixed my Frigidaire fridge. He was very professional and polite. He also was very informative and explained everything thoughly. I would recommend AC appliance to my friends and family! They will be my go-to whenever I need them!
This is my 3rd time having them come service my appliances and they always come in a timely manner and have been able to always fix the issues in a timely manner. Great service. Great rates. Always my goto. Thank you!
My dryer stopped getting hot so I reached out to this company. They were very fast to get out to fix my dryer. They did a clean out and changed a high limit kit. Charged 240$. The tech said it was really dirty with lint and advised me not to run it till I had a chimney sweeper clean the duct. So that's what I did. Paid another 100$ to this person. After the duct was clean , I attempted to use my dryer. Still not getting hot. I called them and they sent the tech out and he said the part failed and put a new one in. 2 weeks passes and it stops getting hot again. This time he says it's the motor. They quoted me 320$ and said now I need to pay for another high limit kit as well. The guy that is in the office got super rude when I told him I wouldn't pay for that. They literally used the process of elimination at my expense to make repairs. I bought my own motor for 94$ and put it in myself. AND guess what , that kit he wanted to charge me for wasn't even bad. He even admitted the motor would cost him 220$ so that 50% Mark up on it. Caught him in his own lie. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Very hard workers and honest as well
They installed our dishwasher and double wall over. They were incredibly professional and went way out of their way to get each of the appliances installed. They all were very friendly and felt safe with them within my home. I recommend without hesitation. The manager, Anthony, really went out of his way with impeccable customer service, help, and support with every step!
Arrive on time. Herman is so polite and respectful. That is how to treat clients. He also explains to me what the problem is and how is he going to fix it. I highly recommend them.
Service man didn't know what to do. Asked my son. Well we called and paid him for his expertise with pellet stove. No luck. Left hanging. Still no heat.
EDIT: the icing on the cake — getting called up by the owner and cussed out about this review. Keep it classy, AC. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Needed to buy a $5 part. They’re “so busy” they can’t have someone mind the store at all times — no worries. At their suggestion, we set an appointment. Arrive at the appointed time, no one is there. And surprise, surprise, they suddenly aren’t answering the phone. So, after several attempted phone calls, and 45 minutes of waiting, I just did a little more research, and ordered the parts through Amazon. Thanks for nothing but a waste of my time, AC appliance Inc.
Excellent company, my new go-to for all my AC and appliance repair needs. I had an issue with their service, which is going to happen from time to time, nobody's perfect, but they were extremely responsive and resolved my issue same day. Thanks guys!
Summary: AC Appliance was rude and disrespectful. They weaseled out of doing an included service due to semantics and therefore I believe I overpaid or paid for an incomplete job. They refused to rectify with added rude behavior. DETAILS below if you'd like. My wife called and got Anthony on the phone, (either is the boss or acts like one). They did offer to replace gas lines/pipes with installing our cooktop. My wife, us having just moved in and getting a replacement cooktop, didn't know how old they were and she said, I don't think so, but we can see when you look at it. Note for later: they said they could do minor cabinet adjustments if needed. Herman (who was kind and respectful) came to install the cooktop. He asked me right away if we needed new gas lines. I said, I don't know. They seem new, I don't think so. Is there a charge? Herman said, It's included in the $165. I said, Ok, you are the professional. I'll do what you recommend. During the install he was kind enough to cut new holes in the cabinet as the connections were different in placement. (they can modify cabinets slightly, remember that). They charged an extra $45 to hall the old unit. That's reasonable. He had to leave to service other customers and return with the proper van. Ok, fine. Here the problems begin. We called back to reschedule the next day. Anthony returns with Herman. I had later noticed the unit was slanted toward the back and unlevel by a 1/4 in. I said they could use my spare plywood even. Just that I needed help to move the unit and lay the wood. I could do it myself with help, but figured: why am I fixing their oversight. But it was 7pm, they wanted to go home I could tell he was upset cuz Anthony was very rude, pushy, and rushing. I paid him respect by paying his fee of $165 and honoring his skill. Unlike Herman, Anthony was rude in tone and behavior. Anthony said that I should replace my gas lines/pipes. I said, Well I had asked you to do it and Herman said it was include
Herman was very professional and helped me fix my refrigerator. I would definitely recommend this business.
I am so pleased with the speedy service, quality repair, price and professionalism. Derrick was on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. I tried several times to get service from Best Buy and Premier Service and neither could make an appointment for weeks. It's AC for us from now on. Local is the way to go. .

Friendly service. Nice technician came to inspect my failing old refrigerator and was neat and on time. Thank you to you all for the service call. Unfortunately the fridge was toast. Will call on these guys again!
They picked up their phone, gave a good time to come over, and fixed my air conditioner. What more could you ask a company to do. The experience, friendly service, and good price is why I have AC Appliance in my address book. Having a reliable company to call when things go wrong is so important.
I had a awesome experience with AC Appliance with my refrigerator. The previous Appliance repair came out 3 times and gave up. Herman from AC Appliance found the problem quickly and ordered the part. It arrived quickly and he came out and replace it. Now my ice maker works. Great Job.
Not happy with them. They diagnosed a microwave I had with a faulty magnetron. I double-checked their work with a multimeter after they left... No power to the magnetron. So the problem is before the magnetron! And they wanted $458 bucks to fix it... With a part that wasn't broken. Waste of $50!!!!
