I would recommend this company to my family and friends. Tony came out and fix my ac. He was professional explain everything he was doing and got the repair done quickly. I will be using this company for all my ac repairs.

Tony is a great guy! Honest and fair. I highly recommend his services. Our unit broke just before the snow storm. My mom is disabled and needs warmth. Elite came through in the clutch!
The best company I have ever used to do work at my home Tony and Nick were great they cared more about fixing the problems than they did the bill. If I could give a higher rating I would. I would recommend this company to anybody for both AC and heating. I had two other companies come out and could not figure out the problem even though they charged me. Tony and Nick came out and got the problem resolved at a very reasonable rate.

Joe and Jimbo did a fantastic job - replaced the entire unit in a day, and even threw in a free thermostat. I would recommend these guys for any commercial work you may have.
Hands down the best AC company around. Tony and his staff are competent, informative, and did excellent work. Do not call anyone else. I am a 20+ year Realtor and deal with a lot of service companies and this is by far the best AC company I have ever worked with. I will only call them going forward for any work for me or my clients. Our condenser burned out on labor day at 5pm, ECC was at my house the next day with a very professional approach to diagnosing the issue and making timely repairs onsite and for a great price! Their Technician Nick was so professional and personable and was willing to show me all the repairs he had made to get our HVAC system back in top cooling shape! I will use them again and again for all my residential needs! Thanks Tony and your Team!
Nick and his crew were excellent installers. Tony is awesome to work with. We called for a new AC installation and they were able to install an entire new unit within days of our call. They installed the new unit in half a day. We highly recommend using ECC! Thank you guys.
I don't ever recall been as pleasant surprise as I was with this company. Tony Osman(owner)Is the most honest and Ethical person I Haver talked to. He went to check AC as a 2nd opinion knowing my insurance was ready to fully replace the AC unit base on previous diagnostic. He knew I was ready to give him the job and surprisingly told me there was nothing wrong with the unit. He may have lost $2K-3K profit and save $2,500 on my co-pay. on this transaction but he gain my trust to be my TO GO GUY. He will earn a lot more money with me in the future. I 100% recommend Tony to anyone and everyone. I am happy to now have someone I can rely and call for my investment properties knowing I can trust him.
Would recommend these guys to anyone needing help with their A/C system. Called and spoke with Tony and he said they were booked for two weeks. Tony and Nick showed up later that same day and helped with some A/C system maintenance that could have caused some serious problems if it hadn't been corrected!

Wow!! I enjoyed my initial phone call to set my appointment! I was so happy I could be fit in same day ! I was even more overjoyed when I met Nick and his partner. I called and spoke with Tony at Elite Climate Control about replacing my 40 year old rooftop HVAC system. He made an appointment with me for the following day. He and his technician Nick were on time, very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He asked me about my current heating and cooling efficiency and recommended a slightly larger unit that would better suit my family's needs. He knows his stuff - it was the perfect choice. Tony gave me an estimate the same day, it was very reasonable and below the other quotes I received. I was surprised that once I gave the OK he was able to perform the installation only 2 days later. 2 days?? WOW, that's fast! The day of the installation, Tony and his technicians, Nick and Josh were on time and began preparing everything for the crane that was to arrive a few hours later. Tony, Nick, and Josh had everything ready to place the new unit when the crane arrived. These guys worked like a well oiled machine throughout the whole installation process. The installation was completed in one day and the unit works perfectly. Tony and his crew did a terrific job and I highly recommend them for any of your AC / heating needs. Next up is a new roof.
I started noticing vibrations coming from my heater. I have a central heating unit located in my attic. Tony came out the next day to investigate. A piece of paper (specs) had come loose inside the unit and caused the vibration. They removed the paper and were in and out in 10 minutes. The heater is purring again. I tried to pay them, with a credit card, then cash, but they refused to accept payment, saying they didn't do anything. I was shocked. Rarely do you see such amazing customer service anymore. They were also very knowledgeable and shared some insights on what filters to use etc. to keep the system functioning optimally. I would highly recommend this company!

I was extremely pleased with not only the service, but the way they approached the situation. They told me that some of the other quotes I got were trying to upsell me on things that didn't need to be replaced, explained how what they had told me was incorrect, also showed me how a repair would work when the previous company said it couldn't be repaired, and ended up doing the job and saving me thousands of dollars in the process. Would suggest they be everyone's first call or if not the first, at least the last before you do anything.
They came over in the evening after we'd been having issues with our AC not running very well. Several companies had been out before and had basically given us the run around and had been really not much help at all. They'd actually made problems worse. But when Tony checked out our unit, he identified several problems right away. They were able to get the unit running far better than it had been in previous weeks. Even though they were able to get it running so well, we ultimately decided it was probably due for a replacement anyway, because it would've needed costly repairs to bring it back to 100%. Tony told us in detail everything he found with the unit and what it would take to repair it, and quoted us a more than fair price on a new unit. They were able to come out and install it for us in less than a week. They showed up right when expected and finished the job quickly and professionally. Everything looks, sounds, and runs great. By far the best experience we've had with any service. Our AC has been a huge thorn in our side since we bought out house and I'm just glad we found Tony and his company, a good honest company to finally let us know what was really going on with our unit and offered us a real solution. I can't recommend ECC enough! I'd like to say I'd call them for any AC issues I have in the future, but with the quality of work they did I don't see myself having any issues. If I do though, they'll be the ones I'm calling and referring my friends to.
This is our go to company from now on. Tony is professional, punctual, reliable, fair, and the list goes on. We had called two other companies and all they did was try to sale us a new AC. Tony took he's time and looked for the problem and found a solution. With in two hours we had a working AC, with cold air going strong, what the other BIG companies couldn't accomplish.
