It is a company with excellent customer service, we have received a lot of support from the sales representative for the shipment of our purchase orders on time. They solve any problems that arise so that everything is done as originally planned. We have not received any faulty or defective parts in the years we have been working with them.
The Department of Innovation & Technology (DIT / IT) is dedicated to leading, supporting and providing professional and innovative technology solutions to Town departments. DIT provides infrastructure systems and business application analysis, design, implementation, administration, maintenance and support, including overseeing the Town's Geographic Information System (GIS). The department is organized into the follow functions under the direction of the Innovation and Technology Officer / CIO
ITC is excellent. Their technicians are very knowledgeable and go the extra mile for an excellent price. I can't say enough about how awesome ITC has been.

ITC is the best! They have a wealth of knowledge and have helped our foundry become more efficient and profitable by increasing our melt capacity, and lowering our energy costs while minding our budget. I wish all our vendors understood this business, and were as willing to help as ITC.
