They came to look at the AC one day and installed a mew AC and finished the next day. Extremely fast, reasonably priced and professional service
Sparta is one honest and reliable technician who I will highly recommend to anyone. This is the second time I have needed his help, the last time was over two years ago. He came as scheduled worked quickly and his fee was quite reasonable.

Spartak and HVAC Appliances are true professionals. They were very honest, forthcoming, and trustworthy. I was able to leave them unattended in my home while they replaced my A/C system. They masked everything off and setup containment's in multiple areas to reduce the amount of dirt and debris that would spread. They completed a three day job in a day and half and left everything looking perfect. My 17 month old daughter now has ice cold A/C to keep her cool at nights. Thank you Spartak, you have gained my business for life.

The last technician I had (before I found HVAC Appliances) would come over and "fix" my AC only for it to break again a month or two later. I thought he was taking advantage of me so I looked on Craigslist and found Spartak. Spartak came over quickly, fixed my AC system, and I haven't had an issue with it since. I've recommended him to my friends and heard they are happy as well. Now that it's winter I called again to see if he could help fix my furnace. Even though he was booked all day he still made time to come the same day!
