Bad service they Never answer the Phone …. I was with out A/C For 3 days HERE AZ IS 110 and they never came . called the 2 times.. the worst don't waste your time .

Sea Breeze exceeded my expectations with quick claim turnaround, phone calls, and text reminders/tracking. Abudlhaq was very prompt and friendly, walking me through his findings as he went through the AC system and sharing helpful info along the way.
Service was very quick. I reported problem at 8am and Technician was here at 10am. Cooling by 10:30am!!

I was hesitant at first because the company is in Goodyear and my home is in Gilbert. However, Hamza arrived early, easily diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. I was impressed at the communication both prior to and during the repair.
For those looking to for HVAC work, I would highly advise against using this company. Also look at their yelp reviews, 1.5 stars, or their better business bureau score, 2.5. Absolutely horrible company, and now I can see why so many people are not happy with them. My upstairs unit stopped working so I attempted to have this company come out to evaluate the unit. They have constantly not shown up and rescheduled. I am a pretty easy going person, so I gave them the benefit of a doubt and reschedule... numerous times. It has now been over one month and I still am not able to get a member of their team to come out and take a look. They were schedule to come out again today on 6/22/23 and did the same thing. At this point I am no longer playing their game and going with a more reputable company. Writing this review to hopefully prevent others from making the same mistake as me and choosing this company. I can't imagine if something went wrong with their repair and then try to get them back out a second time. Would be a nightmare.
Farhan was an amazing technician that was friendly and knowledgeable. Not only did he arrive promptly but he was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. Awesome experience thank you so much for fixing our AC unit in the middle of this Arizona heat!

Came home and it was 96 degrees in the house. I called sea breeze cooling and they were able to send a technician within the hour of my call. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about the service, he did not try to sell me any other services for the AC unit. It was also Father’s Day when the AC decided to take break. Thank you sea breeze cooling!!
We got in contact with them threw your home warranty company and we called them out twice for the same problem they never fixed it. I ended up having to figure out the problem my self and I am not a trained technician. in short they were very unprofessional and not knowledgeable in their trade at all. I would not use or recommend this this company at all.
