I’ve worked with Brice H. on a few repairs and was very satisfied on the repair and pricing. He recharged a 10 yr old unit and replaced another unit with a new 18 SEER trane system. Very clear on his diagnostics and expected repair. Definitely a company to call for AC needs.
AC Expertek / Heavenly Air is the only company I use and recommend for A/C Work. They have always done outstanding work for us. It is nice to have a company you can always rely on!
Thank you, to the lady that answered the phone as she went out of her way to get us fixed up on Saturday instead of Sunday, and to Derek for going out of their way to get our A/C running. My wife and I are elderly and we would not have been able to stand the heat over night. Derek had it up and running in nothing flat. Derek is an exceptionally thoughtful and knowledgeable man, be proud to have him working for a very good company.

Bryce and his team arrived on time and with all the equipment and expertise needed. They efficiently installed a Trane (Mitsubishi-manfactured) split unit for my garage bay, did all the cleanup, and were gone by lunchtime. Give Bryce a call for your HVAC needs.
Our air conditioner went out in the middle of the night and this is the middle of summer in tempe arizona so our days are about 110 degrees on average so it goes without saying we needed ac ASAP we contacted A/C Expertek and a technician was dispatched immeadiately. They told us our unit was fried and it was when it was spraying freon all over the living room. They instructed us on how to get a temporary air conditioning unit from our apartment complex to hold us over until they installed the new unit the following day. They showed up when they said they would and had the old unit out, the new unit in and cleaned everything up in 2 hours. They showed up with 2 trucks and 1 van, with 5 people. They were very cordial and very clean. They came prepared had everything they needed and cleaned up inside and out so well the only way you knew they were there was the new unit they installed. Afterwords they instructed us on all of the units features and left us with the instruction manual and a card in case we ever had any problems. With great customer service like that they earned a lifelong customer with me. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC needs you might have.
My AC went out at 10PM. I called several places the next day and half either did not return my phone call or were unable to perform emergency service on the same day. I called A/C ExperTek and I explained my situation. The receptionist was able to squeeze me into their tight schedule. Robert arrived 4 hours later and fixed my AC unit in less than an hour. I am eternally grateful! Thank you Robert and A/C ExperTek. Yall are amazing!
My A/C broke down. Had a company come and they confirmed a bad compressor. ETA 14 days to get the part. 94F in the house. I called 4 companies and they all wouldn't even check for a compressor unless they sent a tech out 1st. I talked to Bryce, he took the extra time to listen to me, he asked a few questions, gave me options to get the compressor. Compressor came in next day, and shoot, he installed it by 11:30 am.. worked clean, A/C humms, professional, made sure everything was connected to spec. What more can you really ask for?? Amazing job!!
The a/c unit in my parents home broke when we were on vacation. We were able to get a tech to come out within 2 hours of our call. Both Candy and Roberto were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and were able to help us out when we were so stressed out. We had an AC emergency in 113° heat! Bryce showed up on time and was SUPER professional, friendly, and helpful. He was able to quickly assess the issue and explain it in easy to understand terms. And though we were not able to have AC ExperTek repair our system due to our warranty, we would have used ExperTek for repairs with full confidence! Keeping this number on hand for life's unexpected events.
I woke up in the middle of the night to a very hot house. Called several companies to see about repairs. Left several messages. A/C ExperTek was the only one who actually answered their phone. They scheduled a same day appointment. Robert, the technician, showed up on time, diagnosed the problem. He didn't have the parts for my 15 year old unit on hand, but he was able to find them and install them at 6am the following day. Very satisfied with their services. Highly recommend.

Moved to AZ with no idea who to call for service. Heard good things about the place so gave them a call. Customer service scheduled appt around my needs. Service Tech ON TIME, clean and thorough. Price was competitive. Why wouldn't I use them again? They were better than any I used where I came from.
A/C ExperTek were professional techs that cared about the repair of my HVAC. We appreciate the time the techs took to inform me of the problem and what needs to be repaired to fix the problem. They were informative and we plan on using this company again for further HVAC maintenance.

Both technicians were extremely friendly & respectful! Took the time to explain what happened to my unit as well as how to care for it ! They work fast & showed up on time ☺️ ! They were even able to come out to us ASAP compared to other companies we had tried that would put us weeks out. I highly recommend them & will use them again in the future !!
Robert was our technician and he was very professional and courteous. They were very responsive and showed up early in the time window they provided. He fixed a burned out contactor on our AC compressor in about 30 mins for a reasonable price and now our AC is blowing cold air. Nice work and we definitely recommend!
