We just had 2 new AC units installed from 𝓘𝓬𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓮𝓬𝓱𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓬𝓪𝓵 𝓘𝓷𝓬. we just have so much respect for these hardworking gentlemen , nonstop working in this extreme heat and not leaving until the job was completely finished! We love how knowledgeable and informative the leader 𝓡𝓪𝓱𝓽𝓽 was with us and very polite and considerate towards our home, as well his crew, we really are grateful and would definitely recommend this 𝓘𝓬𝓸𝓷 𝓜𝓮𝓬𝓱𝓪𝓷𝓲𝓬𝓪𝓵 𝓘𝓷𝓬. to anyone who would want to feel comfortable knowing they’re home is in good hands!! #gentlemen#Hardworking#polite#considerate#5stars#respect

We recently had Shelton Commercial Refrigeration Repair come out and install a new American Standard heat pump system in our house. Their work was very professional and the installers were great - informative and knowledgeable. We are very impressed with the company and will be recommending them to all of our friends. Rhett and Ernie I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for coming out so quickly to repair my AC. I had been out of full ac for 8 days and we were miserable and very disappointed that Amazon Home Warranty did not care enough about our disposition. Yet you guys acted immediately! Rhett went above and beyond the job and so did your company. Rhett was prompt, caring and bent over backwards to even assist us with our terrible mess with the home warranty company! Wow....there are a lot of Scams and Bad AC companies in AZ.....this company is what an outstanding AC service should be and what other AC places should strive for. Rhett is not only knowledgeable and a hard worker, but a very nice and friendly person. He helped us above and beyond. Price was extremely fair and workmanship top Notch. Also they don't look for problems so much as future fixes so you don't have costly issues down the road. I mean why have a yearly maintenance check up if the AC experts can't foresee some issues. Rhett will be our AC go to guy. This company is stamped in my contacts. You wanna be cool Rhett is your dude!!!!😎

I recently had a horrible experience with Fernie's Heating and AC but 'ICON Mechanical' blew them out of the water. After waiting over a month in a half during the hottest time of the year for a part, ICON fixed everything within a week. WOW, not only absolutely professional but they took the time to explain the process and what was exactly wrong. The Technician Rhett was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond (Thanks Rhett)! I work for a well known Fuel Retailer in Arizona and deal with many Vendors daily. Without a doubt I'd suggest ICON Mechanical to join our Team as a Vendor. After going from one bad experience with the Owner of a horribly ran Company to one that operates with the utmost respect and precision was FANTASTIC! Phenomenal service and professionalism! Very happy to have met Rhett yesterday as he helped our A/C get back up and running for our family. He also helped me understand my HVAC much better so that I can better maintain it through the years. I will most definitely be utilizing this company for all of our future needs!

We own a restaurant and our walk-in went out during the hottest part of the summer. We called another company and they charged us an arm and a leg to come out before telling us it would be over $10k for a new unit. We wanted a second opinion so we called icon and Rhett came out and he was the best technician ever. He tried to find us a used unit to help us save. Trust me we wanted a new unit but as a restaurant struggling through covid that wasn’t an option. When they couldn’t find us a new unit Rhett came back out and rebuilt our unit. Best company I’ve worked with in a long time.
First off all IAM truly and extremely happy a good company like icon exist Erica was very perfesional and kind she called me back same day and told me a technician will be out the next morning. Rhett came out very nice guy took a look and fix the problem in no time didn't try to sell me anything should me the problem. IAM truly blessed of everything this company has done for this City

I called Icon due to a 2006 Carrier heat pump tripping the breaker and not working. Erica from the front office called to let me know when the tech was going to be there. The tech Rhett showed up on time and went straight to work. He explained what he was checking and what he found. My condenser was bad, Rhett gave me the options and we went with a new system. Rhett went and picked up the new system. He had it installed the same day. His professionalism was amazing. This has been the best experience I have had with a HVAC company ever. Their pricing is good, and their work is top notch. I highly recommend Icon and their team. They care about their customers and it shows.
Nothing but the best to say about Icon office staff and technician. The office staff was very responsive. The technician was friendly, listened, honest and efficient with his time.
I spoke to Erica about my AC early on the morning she was awesome she took my information said she would call me by 7 with an ETA she called a few minutes before letting me know the tech would arrive about 8 am.. Erica was friendly courtesy and professional. Thank you Erica I appreciate you. The tech (Rhett) arrived at about 8 started work right away. He fixed what needed fixed did not try to sell me additional work. He went out of his way to explain everything he had done. I asked for a new thermostat he put one in with no question showed how to program it. Very professional. Went above and beyond to ensure my AC was in good working order.
