We had a technician that previously came to our home for this project. Lee was very professional and explained in detail what he had done. He commented on how well our equipment was maintained. Future needs will be with Lee and Efficient Air.
They showed Up and could not fix my air conditioner/heat pump. They said nobody in the company knew how to work on Honeywell thermostats. Not someone I would do business with
Lee was like a bull dog. Not giving up until he found and fixed the problem. You are very fortunate to have him! Thanks again.

Very knowledgeable. They also offered 1 year service plan with this purchase and installation. Highly recommend Efficient Air!!
I've met with both Lee and Jeff from Efficient Air and they are very low key, good technicians. Answered all my questions without high-pressure sales tactics. Made recommendations without sounding like the world was falling. Very knowledgeable. If they reflect the rest of the company, I will definitely use them again.
My board went out and had to be replaced. The outage occurred two days before Thanksgiving, so I am glad they identified the issue, ordered the part and set an appointment to come and install it quickly!
Terrible service. This company was sent out to my house from my home warranty insurance. When the field tech got to my house, he said he was told there was easy access to the heater, which I told them I live in a 2 story condo. Apparently this company does not have a ladder tall enough to access a second floor. Then he flat out said he wasn't doing the work and left. Horrible customer service.
They followed up with me to schedule my maintenance. Lee was very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with the quality of their service.

The technician who provided the service was very prompt and professional. He alone warrants 5 stars. However, I was given a 4-hour appt time frame for the day prior and the office never scheduled it w/ the technician. Things happen yet they didn’t offer a discount / gift card…still required to pay the same service fee.
Technician was Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Did a thorough maintenance/inspection. I was satisfied with service provided.

Service technicians (Lee & Dennis) did a great job of checking the heating units. Overall, an excellent company to work with.
Fraudulent and a scam, will be reporting to BBB. Came to my home and "inspected" my A/C unit to determine the coils were bad. Decided to lie on their report and tell my home warranty company "we knew about it for months" and got denied for repair or replacement. Terrible company with no customer service 👎🏻👎🏻
Jason .H. and Dennis .P. were very helpful and friendly. Did a great job fixing my AC unit and informing me of other issues that needed to be fixed. Would highly recommend to family and friends.
