Transparent, friendly and highly skilled people to say the least. Our AC went out late last night...104 outside. They were here to fix it within 12 hours. Considering how busy all these folks are at this time of the year, we feel blessed to have them nearby.
I cannot overstate the level of professionalism of this company. There was an unexpected issue that occurred during the course of a maintenance visit, and AirNow fully addressed it without question. Integrity and true customer service are rare, and these are qualities you can expect from AirNow.
Worst company ove ever had to deal with
I hired this company to help with my Mom's A/C unit back in 2017. I was very impressed with their service. Sadly, when I called to give them return business I was very disappointed with the lack of concern or interest in my current issue with my own A/C unit. I would think they would put towards more effort into someone offering repeat business considering there are so many heating and cooling competitors out there.

Our AC had stop working. We found this company online and decided to give them a try. The first technician came out and as per him the fan motor is broken. He replaced the motor and 8 minutes later the ac unit stopped working. Luckily we caught the ac tech as he was driving away and explained to him that the unit he had just fixed stop working again. He came back and sprayed water on the unit then said he will contact his office and get them to send out a more experienced technician to troubleshoot. We spent the night in a hot house because the more experienced technician didn't came out until the day after. The more experienced technician came out the day after and stated he fix the problem and a few hours later the ac unit stop working once more. We reached out to the office and they sent another technician out the next day and this technician said the problem was solved and a few hours later the unit stopped working again. My issues is it doesn't seems like any of these technicians are experienced enough. They lack troubleshooting skills. We contacted this company over 6 times after the first repair and our issue remains the same and none of the technicians take the time out to do some real troubleshooting to figure out the root caus. I will never use this company again and I do not recommend them to anyone. Don't let the 5 star review fool you as the reviews are only from 15 people. Find a more established company who will take the time out to listen to your issues and concerns and actually spend the time to troubleshoot your issues.
I was able to get same day service. Technician was knowledgeable and checked out system thoroughly. The service fee was reasonable. Lots of good advice given to maintain our system. Air Now was recommended from neighbors. I would highly recommend them too.
Air now is trustworthy and a great small business to support
After close to three months of issues with our heat not working, several visits from Goettl technicians, and a lot of money wasted I reached out to our community for neighborly recommendations on a trustworthy AC company. More than 70% of the responses recommended AirNow in Goodyear and we gave them a shot. They scheduled our service the very next day after calling. The technician, Lito, was so friendly and professional. He allowed my husband to come up in the attic to show and explain everything in detail. He had our heat and air working in less than 30 minutes. The two Goettl technicians spent hours troubleshooting and testing, telling us multiple parts needed replaced on our three year old system, and accusing my husband of sabatoging their work when they left and the unit failed again. Lito was so informative and explained thing we may need to do in the future, but didn't try to sell us on anything. My husband and I were both so relieved and happy with the service we purchased a service plan and will not use another company moving forward. As a small business owner myself, customer service is everything to me; AirNow (Lito especially) blew my expectations out of the water.

This company hands down is the best AC company we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Our AC unit went out on a Sunday.. contacted them Monday and had new unit installed by Friday. They made leaps and bounds to get everything together and rearranged their schedule to get us installed ASAP since we were not cooling. We had used them in past years for annual maintenance and would over and over recommend this company for any AC needs.

What a wonderful experience with the AirNow. Our AC went out last Friday and AirNow had our new unit in on Monday. They have been servicing our unit since we bought our home in 2013. Anytime we had an issue AirNow was quick to respond. Their employees are all very professional and courteous. We highly recommend AirNow for all of your heating and AC services.
