Air of Excellence installed a new A/C and gas heating system. The new system works great and the technicians were professional, personable, overall great job! Would recommend this company.

Air of Excellence by far has some of the best customer service I’ve received in a very long time! As a senior, I have dealt with a lot of companies, good and bad. My experience with Air of Excellence was worth me taking time to write this review. Last Friday night, my A/C decided to go out and my wife and I really felt the smoldering heat on late Friday/Saturday morning. It was so hot my wife had to leave the house to get relief. I was recommended to this company only 3 years and they have always done a great job, but this took it to another level when I called for this weekend emergency service. When the service tech arrived Saturday morning, he was very courteous and had a great attitude. After a quick inspection, he mentioned that my problem was due to an issue that may have been missed during my annual service checkup, which was only a couple of months ago. After fixing the problem he told me that the house should cool down soon and that I didn’t owe anything for this service. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing because I was prepared to pay. The fact is you don’t get great service and honesty like you should these days. Before he left, I thanked him for coming and told him he had a great attitude. He said, thank you sir, but my boss comes in every morning and greets all of his employees, and I guess that gives me a good start. WOW! Thanks again Air of Excellence!

Absolutely by far the best experience I could have hoped for. Ran, Brandon and Clint were top notch. They were very efficient, professional courteous and most of all very knowledgeable in their field. I was told by Ray that he “treats his works as it was his own house.” Highly recommend for any and all HVAC needs.
Response time was the same day and in August that is must!! Courteous employees and the prices are very reasonable. I honestly wouldn't use any other company.

We had an emergency where the AC stopped cooling, and the on call technician answered the phone immediately. He was extremely polite, explained our options as far as when he could come out. They promised to have someone out the next day, and despite them being on incredibly busy, kept their promise. The tech diagnosed our problem in under 10 minutes!! And he still checked for other possible causes, too! He also repaired our AC in the same visit at a super reasonable price! He was very nice about the whole thing and explained everything to my husband and I. I could not have asked for a better experience. I'm so grateful for this company.
We bought a house that had a unit installed by this team a few years ago. Our unit started dropping condensation and the tech who came out diagnosed the situation and started with the lowest common denominator. Thankfully it was covered by their reasonable service call fee and didn't require any major repairs.
Air of Excellence is one TOP NOTCH company! Jimmy and his staff is SECOND TO NONE! Michael, the technician, was extremely professional,courteous and did a great job repairing my A/C unit! It was even RAINING bf he was able to finish but finish he did! Thanks Air Of Excellence! Will ONLY use yall for any future needs!!

My HVAC was making a horrendous noise. AoE responded that day. They thought it was the motor, so they found one, installed it, and it still made noise. So they pinpointed it to the blower fan itself. Found a new one, installed it, and it worked great. They didn't charge me for the motor since "we aren't going to make you pay for something you don't need". They didn't give up and didn't make me overpay. They made sure I was back up and running. I'm very happy with them and will call them next time.

The owner, Jimmy is a honest professional. His professional crew did a amazing amount of work in one day. They fixed me right up with a new system and all duct work. They did a superior job by far, than the original builder. The new duct work looks and operates impressively. Thanks Jimmy! And a special thanks to your installers.
