Action Air is a great family run business. They are responsive, affordable, and professional. No need to call anyone else!
They came out within 2 hours of my calling them. My diabetic dad is bedridden and cannot stay in the heat or his sugar drops very low. I really appreciate them being able to fix my capacitor so very quickly. Everything was up and running in under an hour of them coming to my home.

I had a problem with my AC leaking water in the house. I called Action Air they sent a tech Steve out he arrived about 90 minutes after I called . He Diagnosed the problem and went to work to fix it. Steve was very through and made sure the drain blockage was cleared and everything was working perfect before he left. I can tell you that this company is a 10 star service but I can only give 5 stars.
Very professional, got a quick appointment. Alex and Dakota were very professional. They were friendly informative and when they finished the cold air was the only evidence that they were ever there.
Three competent technicians completely replaced my old air conditioner today. They were knowledgeable, polite, efficient, and considerate. They did not leave anything to clean up after. The new system is working beautifully and I couldn't be more pleased. I always like to compliment a job well done, and this company and these guys deserve it. Well done!

The young man who came and did the winter inspection of our unit was exceptional. His name is Jalen and he was courteous, kind, considerate, thoughtful, and thorough. We felt like he was the best inspector Action has sent out yet.

When i need air conditioing repairs at my home or business, i always call Action Heating & Air Conditioning. Their staff is friendly and tries to get you service as quickly as possible.
Installed our heating and A/C about 10 years ago and have done the semi-annual maintenance with these guys every year. Extremely pleased with everything they have ever done for us!
This was the cleanest and neatest air conditioner/heat pump installation I have had, ever, and I have seven different units in four locations, installed by three different A/C contractors, and I am on my second or third replacement unit at each of my locations over 33 years. If the installation is the key to a long life for a unit, I should get many years of trouble-free use here. I am very happy with the work. At least four or five workers teamed together to make this happen, and this was a totally different installation than the unit that they replaced, so it was essentially a new installation that also included removal of the old water source unit, including the water disconnection, and adding the outside unit with electrical panel, coolant lines, and raised platform for that unit. They also improved on the airflow with much better duct work and return air box. I even got a lot of additional room in the closet than I had before. This was in a 28 year old building.

I called a friend, who is also a prominent contractor, and asked for a referral. We needed an estimate on repairing or replacing our 15 year old heat pumps. My contractor friend highly recommended Action Heating and Air Conditioning. I called the office and made an appointment. Two technicians arrived on time. They were clean, neat and very professional. They worked on our air and heat pump for four hours. It was determined that our main unit needed to be replaced, however the technicians were able to repair the other two units on the same day. The day of the install, Action Heating and Air Conditioning sent out three technicians. They arrived on time and worked for over 10 hours. The new copper and electrical lines were placed in a better way and look so much better from the street and from our front porch. Alan and his team explained all of our different units and what would best serve our needs and house size. I highly recommend Action Heating and Air Conditioning and will definitely use them again in the future.
We have used Action for several years now--since we had to replace our existing a/c and furnace. We have had a few issues but we have always found them to be receptive to the issues and diligent about solving them. Cliff is the service man who has been coming for our semi-annual inspections and he is thorough and serious about what he is doing. We have no complaints about this company. They are prompt and responsive.
Action Heating & Air installed a Bryant Legacy heat pump. I checked with another company about installing a heat pump. The cost of this pump was very reasonable. This was an all day job. A team of 2 arrived promptly at 9:00. They were very courteous. Their supervisor, Patrick, arrived later and was there on and off through the day. They were sincere and answered all of my questions. I told the supervisor that I have trouble going up the steps to the attic to put in bleach (I'm older). He suggested a solution for a very reasonable price...$38... that would last 9 months. The 1st 2 maintenance visits are free (spring and summer). They left the areas they worked in very neat and the work was done well. I am a single woman and have often had problems with service technicians over charging me. I feel very good about this company and their service. I highly recommend Action Heating & Air.
After purchasing a heat pump from Alabama Power 7 years ago and having Gulf Coast Air install it, not even a year later - stopped cooling and due to their horrible workmanship they would NOT repair nor replace what they caused.. Long story short, went through several companies to fix the cooling issue and nobody could figure it out UNTIL I came to this wonderful company, Action. They are very prompt and took their time to evaluate our ongoing situation. They even helped me save lots of money by locating the original warranty. I have NOT had anymore issues with our Air conditioning! I am very happy with Action. They will have my business forever!!!
Repair man had very poor attitude. He was very rude while he was at my house. Did not repair A/C after many trips to my house. This company is very unprofessional. I will never go through the nightmare of dealing with this company ever again.
Crooks! Do not use this company. They take your money for service contracts and then do not show up. They only refund half of what you paid when you want a refund. Stay away from these scam artists.
