Dalton was absolutely great. He was very thorough and quick but not rushed. He figured out the problem and helped me move my washer down a couple steps into my kitchen. He was very professional, and I believe he needs a raise. workers like him are few and far between. Thanks again for all the help. And very glad that I was recommended to this company.
Experienced professional WITH personality! Corey is such a talented young man- and courteous. He’s a keeper! UPDATE: Corey returned this am with his colleague Hunter to complete the pendant installation in the guest room- their expertise was evident when they simply connected power from existing ceiling fan lite, saving us $$$ in the process. Highly recommend. We will definitely be using OnTime (and hopefully Corey) again
We had Matthew come out and look at our HVAC and give us various options. Very friendly and professional as usual.

When my air conditioning unit stopped working, I attempted to call Hanson. Hanson was incredibly unhelpful on the phone, really didn’t seem to care for my business, and terrible customer service. So I found this group online. They had great reviews, I called, they were professional, courteous, responsive, helpful on the phone, and Hunter did a great job, expressive, explain things, very professional. This is the group you want to have do your work.

Scheduling was timely. Corey did a fantastic job, talking through everything with us, itemizing and coordinating work we need done now with other work going forward. Prices are very reasonable, as in competitive with other companies, and we got a senior discount, thank you!

Would absolutely NOT recommend OnTime Service to anyone. I called to have a very simple task complete—install 3-4 ceiling fans in a new construction home we just moved in to in Jubilee Farms in Daphne. Electrical wiring is already in place in the home for the fans; we just needed the fans installed. They quoted me a price of $250 ***PER FAN***. We just moved into the area from a much more expensive area, and paid FAR less to have our fans installed there. I did not proceed with OnTime Service, and they still charged a roughly $69 fee just for the 5 minute visit. By far the **WORST** experience with an electrician service we’ve ever had.
The experience from beginning to end with Corey was 10 STAR SERVICE!! He called before arriving He was prompt, polite and VERY PROFESSIONAL IN his appearance and commitment to making sure he did his best to gather all the information needed to create a Bid for a my new electrical outlet They got it done in a very timely matter and were so neat!! THEY DON'T MISS A THING..when it comes to their customers safety!!!

Although the estimate was out of my price range right now, Trent was very professional and shared some good knowledge with me. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured by a salesman which I appreciate. I’ll definitely use this company in the future when I’m ready.
