Baldwin Heating and Air has always been very friendly, helpful and professional. Our a/c went out on July 4th holiday and John Noland came out that day. He did extensive diagnostic and other tests. He is very, very knowledgeable. Really knows his stuff. He had to order a part and came back out to replace it. John is a great ambassador for the company and really cares about his customers and I learned a lot from him.
Attempted to swap out a thermostat myself and blew a fuse plus fried the thermostat. Contacted Baldwin Heating & Cooling and was given a time window of 1 to 2 PM. 11:30 AM, Russel arrives and quickly corrects the problem. Excellent service and the cost wasn't bad at all! Very pleased with the service and would highly recommend to everyone.

Anthony performed the general maintenance on our whole house generator in preparation for hurricane season. Very professional and thorough. He found an issue that would have limited its performance and immediately pursued resolving it so the generator will be ready if needed.

Johnny is the best and extremely thorough and found why my AC wasn’t cooling. Got me up and going on July 4th of all days. Couldn’t be more impressed with his professionalism.
Upstairs A/C not bringing temp down to thermostat setting. Tech brought compressor pressure down to spec. Advised setting temp to 78-79 and no higher. Seems to be working at this time.
Arrived prior to time which was fine, checked and cleaned outside unit, changed filter inside, turned on system and checked pressure on outside unit. Was professional and got things done in a timely manner. Would recommend him to anyone needing ac service.

To the leadership at Baldwin Air. I wanted you all to know John Nolan is an incredible technician who should be recognized. His dedication to myself and my family has surpassed any other technician out there. He deserves to be recognized by your company for his hard work and dedication to his customers. Because of him I am buying a whole new air system based on his recommendation. I highly recommend since he takes care of your customers you should take care of him. I was notified prior to him coming with a picture ID. He was friendly & knowledgeable. He went straight to work. Had my A/C up and running within 30 minutes of him getting here.
Russell is an excellent five star technician. Russell knew almost instantaneously, even before we reached the outdoor unit after telling him the system was 7 years old, that the capacitor had died, what my AC problem was. After a quick check of the unit, he affirmed his diagnosis, got a part off his truck and installed in all in less than 15 minutes. I wrote him a check, and he was off to his next appointment. Great service by Russell and the office support staff.
Justin Cobb checked my AC, replaced the thermostat, and recommended and installed a UV light to kill all the mold growing in my unit. He texted his picture to me when he notified me he was on his way, which I very much appreciated. He was friendly and helpful, and explained what he was doing. Great service!
My technician was attentive to explaining how the system works. This gave me confidence in his assessment and recommendation.
I can’t say enough good things about this company and John! I feel stupid with it being a small issue, but he came out on time on a sun around 6 pm and got us up and running with our AC!

We called in a panic this Friday morning . The dispatcher said she could have a technician there in 30 minutes. Our technician was Justin Cobb . Justin was personable, professional, arrived right on time and went to work.Justin diagnosed the issue immediately and repaired it. No messing around. Problem solved.We are very happy we are Annual Shield members and we thank Justin Cobb for his great customer service!
