Joe went out of his way to ensure that our tenants had heat over the Christmas holiday. His years of experience allowed him to find the issue quickly and order the part.

Came out to look at my system that I was having issues with and determined it to be a bad compressor.Since they had installed the system 6 years ago they had all the warranty info and got me a whole new outside unit.Installer it the same day.Working great.Thank You for tremendous service

I called because our furnace was not producing heat and got service within an hour of our call. The staff that responded were professional, friendly, and very punctual. They did not have the parts they needed for the repair at first but went out of their way to make a pit stop to collect the materials for the repair and returned within an hour. The price for the repair was reasonable. I am highly impressed and would recommend them for any type of heating or cooling repairs.

Top notch! From start to finish, Comfortable Design did a fantastic job replacing our AC system and furnace. They arrived early on both diagnostic visit and replacement visit, explained everything clearly, gave a fair price, and did a quality install. The best part was having us back in a cold house in just a matter of days. We couldn’t be more happy with the service and professionalism.

Joe and Joseph are great. They were on time did quality work. My A/C motor went out so I decided to replace both A/C and Furnace. When Joe removed Furnace he discovered it was cracked so I am extremely grateful that Joe recommended replacing both since they were 21 years old. I have been using Comfortable Design for years. Joe and son are always on time and in good spirits. When I need service or in an emergency, they're always there. My gas water heater was having issues with the pilot. The expansion tank needed replaced and supported properly. Joe and his son came right over the next day and did a great job replacing the expansion tank. All is well- it's nice to have Comfortable Design on my side- it's comforting to know they are there.

Comfortable design has come to my rescue twice this year. After flooding in my basement took out my Gas Water heater, Joe was able to replace it by the very next day. More Recently, my gas furnace needed died in the winter cold. I contacted Joe and he and his son came out the next morning and installed a new unit. The work is excellent, the prices reasonable and I would recommend to any and everyone.

Joe came out immediately, his staff was very professional, what impressed me the most was how important they made me feel, they found a hard to find replacement fast, they worked with my schedule, and walked me through what they were doing.

We had an issue with our AC over a weekend and Joe was willing to give me some things to try (free of charge) to see if I could get it up and running again before coming out to fix it on a Sunday morning. He was very professional and provide quick service. I will use them again.
