Their "Always on time or you dont pay a dime" is a complete lie. Not only were they not on time, but were a no show on the day scheduled, then I get a bill for $240. Asked for an explanation but no one wants to get in touch. Absolutely no customer service

This business is completely dishonest. Charging me annual fees that I never agreed to. Trying to up sell me to a $20,000 heating and air conditioning unit. Trying to gaslight me into thinking my air conditioning unit was too old and needed to be replaced. The list goes on and on and on

Installed a new furnance which blows cold air all day and thermostat stays at one temp and near never comes on. I now cannot use my lower level because it is freezing all the time - cold air blows up the stairs and makes entire house cold but thermostat right in front of the door never changes! Technician actually told me my basement will get colder because it’s cooling the furnace! I wish I could post negative stars also

Do not recommend. Prices are made up. No receipt was given after being requested. Charged me $650 for a nozzle and an oil tank filter. Total time took less than an hour. Also, issues still persist. Best advise is call someone else.

This would certainly be negative star experience. Absolutely worst service experience in over 22 years of home owning. Benjamin Franklin plumbing not only did not honor their REPAIR quote but also was gender discriminate. Warning to all females this company looks to prowl on females not experienced in hvac, etc. To any woman out there please be careful. The franchisee owner SCOTT ROHRER wasn’t respectful enough to return my voicemail left to him. No accountability from SCOTT on down. You, the customer, can do the math from there.

Wish negative stars was an option. PRICE GOUGING IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! A part that costs around $150 ended up costing me over $800. THIS COMPANY IS A RIP OFF!!!!

No heat and 21° out side and was told I had to wait 4 days before they could get here!!!!
