Fast, courteous an professional! This is the only company i call when i need HVAC work done. They've been to my house many times and a few times were emergencies. Always seem to be able to get parts that would take me days to get on the internet. Never been without heat on those cold night breakdowns. Out to my house on short notice and fair priced. REspectful of my property and kids. I Always call Josh with questions when i'm working on a DIY project and he is always willing to answer and help me out. Not sure why people are downing this place. I've had nothing but the best service but i always have Josh out for mine again and again.

JSL is the only company I’ll use. We had our oil furnace stop working on a Friday in December and by Monday afternoon they had removed the old and installed our new furnace! I would absolutely and have recommended JSL Mechnical to anyone needing either plumbing or HVAC work done.

The fan on my AC unit stopped working on July 4th (worst time possible). I called many places and all could come out for extra cost, but nobody had the part. Josh, at JSL said he could do it, but couldn't get the part until Friday at the earliest. I was on vacation and planning on leaving on July 5th. I had another company come out and they confirmed that it was the fan, but hit me with a flat rate of $900 for the repair. They also suggested I might need a recharge that could cost up to $500. Shocked I declined (that company was nice enough to waive the diagnostic fee after the sticker shock). Since the part was still under warranty, I called Goodman to ask if I could pickup the part myself, but they only deal with contractors. No good! Meanwhile, Josh said he would ask Goodman to deliver the part and try to make it out July 5th. He quoted the job ahead of time and I agreed. Come 8 AM on July 5th, Josh called me to tell me that the part was being delivered and he would be out by noon! Jeff showed in place of him and fixed the problem quickly. They even charged less than quoted! In all, less than 1/4 what the other guys asked for as a flat rate.

No hassle. They went out of their way for me. They were honest, courteous, and patient. They have very fair pricing and they got the job done. I paid them extra for being so awesome!

Great service. Had a water heater that stopped making water hot and a heat pump that was covered in ice, ice it was making, both taken care of quickly and affordably. I choose to have the water heater replaced do to age, and the heat pump was fixed and running like a champ.

We needed help with our air conditioning! JSL found the problem quick, made us feel comfortable with the solution and had us back on track with no hassle! Very thankful for their professionalism and A+ treatment!

Had a burst pipe and they came out the same day we called. Very professional and quick! Charged what I expected to pay, which was a nice surprise. I was afraid they'd charge a lot more. Will definitely call them again if we need any plumbing or hvac services.

Worst plumbing job I have ever seen. Clearly untrained and have no ability. Put holes in wall with a sledge hammer and never covered pipes that they cut under were they were working even after being told to. Dropped drywall into pipes and trI'd to fix it without telling us it happened. Ripped a wall out witch they were told not to touch put holes through otherside of wall ruining it. On both sides hundreds of dollars of damage and still lied about why they did it. Stopped them after they try to sneak it in and lie about why they did it. Only told truth about it after supervisor came and figured out they did it to get drywall out of pipes that shouldn't have had an issue to begin with. Dont let them near your house horrible company. Cost more in damages then the job was for. Your not paid due to incompadence and costing more to fix the job then job cost to do don’t use this company . Will screw you over hired kids with no ability or training.

On time, friendly and he clearly knew what he was doing! I'm happy to have finally found the right place to call when I need a plumber.

Kerry helped me replace unit at no cost since older wasn’t working. He was very kind and made sure everything was working. Amazing person. Much respect to him
