I have used these 3 different times and every time has been more than fantastic. I’m a do it yourself type of person but certain things I like to leave to the professionals. First time they installed a 50 gallon electric water heater and was their choice on water heater and install timing. Everything went very well as well as cleanup and scheduling. Second time was at my new residence with hot water supplied by my oil boiler trying to be efficient I went and found rheem marathon heater electric 50 gallon and had them remove hot water line from boiler and plumb in water heater I set where it needed to be and gave him measurements to my electric panel. Everything is working great! Third time trying to save money again my oil burner decided to quit with aqua stat going out asked owner if they could rebuild and he gave me 2 numbers one with new and one rebuilt. Got new one and I installed it over the last couple days with the assistance and guidance of Josh’s advice. My opinion is that not many people would walk you through that as long as you feel comfortable. And if I needed help they were there to explain. All that being said I highly recommend

My heating system gave out in the middle of winter. Contacted JSL and they did a rush order on a new unit for me and got installation scheduled a couple days later. They really helped me out in a pinch with no heat. Really appreciate their professionalism and response time. Would highly recommend them. The crews that did the installation was so nice and thoroughly explained everything to me.

2nd time using JSL and they never fail to impress. First time was a few months ago and I had a gas leak from my own stupid fault. They didn’t judge and had a tech out to my house the same morning I called to make repairs. Price was extremely fair considering it was an emergency.

This week my hot water heater was leaking but the timing was perfect because I have been wanting to upgrade anyways. I explained to them what I wanted and they made great recommendations. Had a quote back to me within hours and was put on the schedule for the same week. Super impressed at how stress free and smooth the process went especially being a contractor myself.

The guys who came out to complete the work today were on time, polite, progressional and I could tell really cared about the quality of their work. Being a contractor myself I have learned over the years that your better off paying to have it done right the first time which is what I know I can count on with JSL. They have definitely earned my business going forward and I highly recommend them. Happy New Year To You All!

Would not recommend. Had a brand new home built by Keystone Custom Homes and JSL installed the plumbing, natural gas lines and HVAC.

1. They installed a sewer return pipe by punching it through the main HVAC return that they installed! (Pictures attached)

2. Then when I asked them to make it right and do it properly I was charged $800 in addition to what I already paid to have everything else installed! (Invoice attached)

3. They improperly installed the natural gas line coming into the house so there was a natural gas leak in my home and they had to come fix it. It was scary to walk downstairs and the basement filled with natural gas.

Had a humidifying system added to our current gas heater; the installer was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He explained to us how the system worked and how we need to maintain it in a very clear and concise manner.

Called JSL at 7:50am this morning (Sunday) with an AC unit issue - received a call back from Josh by shortly after 8am - He was at our home by 9am and had the issue resolved by 9:30am. Very friendly, prompt, professional and reasonably priced service.
We had a similar experience in the past when our furnace was not working in the middle of winter and JSL showed up the same day with the same great service.
I absolutely recommend JSL and they will be our first call for any service needed in the future.

We have used JSL Mechanical 3 times for plumbing as well as hot water heater installation, and have had a great experience every single time. A few weeks ago we had our hot water heater replaced, and Bryce came out to install it and he did a great job. I would definitely recommend this company and would rate them 100% on customer service, quality of work, prices, scheduling, competency, and friendliness. Our Geothermal unit failed during the coldest temperatures and our go to heating/AC/electrical/plumbing company of over 20 years said it would be a week and a half to come out. JSL came out right away, gave us the estimate and installed the new unit as quickly as possible. The installation was done very professionally and the costs involved were very reasonable. JSL is our new go now !

I've used JSL a couple times for my air conditioning needs. They are always friendly and consistently come below competitor prices. I used them to install a new heat pump and air handler, to replace my thermostat, and fix some ducts that had fallen. Their work has been quality each time.

Our home had the original HVAC system (26 years); we decided to change it out before it forced our hand. We had 3 quotes on a Goodman gas furnace and A/C system. JSL provided a timely quote that wound up being the lowest. As part of the quote, they provided pricing for options as we requested, but they did not try to "up-sale" us on any of them. Because of some landscaping work we needed to have done, JSL worked with us to remove the outside A/C unit well in advance of the actual install so the landscaping could be completed. When the actual install came for the furnace, they were very accommodating on schedule. The 3 gentlemen that handled our installation were very friendly and amenable to some "add-on" requests I made while they were on site. Additionally, the office staff was very patient and friendly in getting me answers to my MANY questions, and Josh was very helpful in following up on a question I had many weeks after the installation was complete. I would highly recommend JSL for your next HVAC project.
