Service 360 Group Heating, AC, Electrical, and Plumbing Repair

I was having issues with my furnace and called Service 360 for help. They were extremely nice & professional. I dealt mainly with Jackie Wark and Patty Wojakowski, they are the best! They were so professional, explained things thoroughly, and always responded to any questions I had effectively and efficiently.

Great experience! I called the office to schedule. Everything was prompt and pleasant. Rick came out to take look at the scope of our project as scheduled. While the project we had wasn’t a good fit, he was courteous, honest, knowledgeable and did a great job explaining to us what needs to be done. He also went above and beyond getting us the contact we could reach out to. Would absolutely reach back out in future!

This was my first time using Service 360 Group and I can say everything was absolutely great. It starts with speaking to their customer service rep Shannon. She is a delight and really helped us out. She was able to set up a last minute service dispatch to get our furnace checked since we had no heat. When their service man arrived he was able to fix the problem very quick and educate us on what to do if it were to happen again. Ive called several other business to see if they service in the city and we had no luck but I came across Service 360 Group saw all the great reviews and now I can see they are completely true! I will continue using them for any future maintenance or house upgrades.

I had two old hot water tank heaters that needed to be replaced. I called CC&M Service about replacing the heaters. The decision was made to replace the two hot water heaters with one tankless hot water heater. We went with a Navien tankless water heater. Sean the plumber had the two old units removed, the new water heater installed and operating within one day. All of the work was done professionally, job site was left clean and neat. If you are considering a tankless water heater, I highly recommend the Navien unit and CC&M Services they are extremely responsive and quality of work is superb.

Great service. I called and they were able to come and see what was wrong the same day. The parts came in that week and my ac is back up and running. Shannon was very professional and able to get me in an earlier appointment and informed me of all the things I needed to do. They will be my go to company from now on.

Our Central Air went out on one of the hottest days of the year so far. We found CC&M Services on Google and are so glad we did. They came out first thing in the morning. Marcus was very professional and knowledgeable. He made us feel at easy and not pressured. He was able to fix our AC in a very short time and price was more than fair.
