Sean responded to an issue I was having with my water heater. He called first thing in the morning to set a time to come. He arrived at his stated time. He was prepared with shoe covers to protect my floors (huge plus) Sean was quick to diagnose the problem and let me know what my options were. He completed the job in a timely manner. They were the only company out of 11 others that called me back on July 4th. My AC had blew a capacitor on the hottest day of the year so far.
My own service contractor Douglassville Mechanical did not have emergency service and has still yet to return my call.
Jesse showed up and was nice to us. He confirmed that it was the capacitor however because he didn’t have the correct one he had to use 2 together. I never did get an answer on how safe that was for the system.
When he wrote the invoice he just wrote “Replace Capacitor” and wrote $412 next to it.
My AC broke down on a holiday after hours so I have no choice to except to pay the price. I would have liked to have a breakdown of the costs for the 25 mins he was there. To write a cost without explanation was just odd to me. I had a feeling that because he installed 2 capacitors because he didn’t have the correct one my unit needed it elevated the cost in aggregate.
Jesse gave me a brochure for a service contract but he was honest when he says that he did know much about it.
Other than that they were responsive and professional.

I’ve known sean for some time. Although I work for a sewer and drains company we don’t do water conditioning. I live in an area with very hard water and sean was able to come install a new water softener and iron breaker system. Much better price than I had received from other friends companies and the whole job only took a few hours. Thank you Sean, your service is greatly appreciated!

Sean was excellent. He he was friendly and knowledgeable. When an additional job was requested he also took care of replacing the water regulator and stayed late to complete all jobs. I would use this service again.

Worker charges way too much n does a terrible job n does not complete work needed.Faucet has space behind it causing water to get behind it n never did the covering of my walls at the top of the tub.Also the water leaks off a seam of tub n runs down on my floor.NOW LESS THEN A YEAR MY TOILET LEAKS !!Call company n the guy (Sean) doesn't work there anymore!!! He never gave me any info on my tub or toilet for any kind of warranty n company is not giving me any help except it will cost me $89 to come look at my leaking toilet.!!! MORE MONEY !!
