    I wanted to replace my 30 yr old HVAC heat pump system and contacted Hannabery for an estimate. I was able to get an appointment within a week or so and the estimator was knowledgeable, professional and gave good suggestions for an appropriate new system. I scheduled the replacement for about 2 months later and Hannabery came as scheduled and completed the job in about a half a day. I was contacted by Hannabery soon after with forms for rebates from my electric company. I was able to get rebates for both the HVAC system and a new thermostat. It’s been a few months since the installation and I’ve had no problems with the system performance. I’m very pleased with how the entire process went and would recommend Hannabery for HVAC system repairs/replacement.

    Not recommended. Overpriced. I had a very expensive air conditioning system installed by them. When a warranty item broke, they refused to honor the warranty because I had one time allowed another company to perform a pre-season check up on it. Additionally, the repair price was ridiculously high. Avoid.

    We have used Hannabury for 20 + years. They serviced the original heating A/C unit which was installed by them in 2000 and before the units failed we used this company to replace and upgrade both the heating and AC units. We continue to use Hannabury for maintenance service twice a year. Highly recommended!!

    I reached out to Hannabery at the recommendation of a neighbor. I called to see if they could come out and do a service visit. Upon being connected to the Service Department, the lady who answered was rude from the beginning. She was short and curt. I asked her if I could schedule a service visit and she said for "new customers they were 5-6weeks out". She then paused, and I said, well can I still make an appointment, she gave the loudest sigh and then said, "Well we need to know the type of system you have?" and I said "I don't know, but the thermostat reads Honeywell." and she replied in the rudest manner "Well that doesn't help!". I said well, I really don't know and she said "I don't think we can help you then" ARE YOU KIDDING! Who treats people like this! I would NEVER recommend this company!!!!

    7/22 update- Responding to the Service Manager Jason. I called on 7/21 at 12:18 pm and spoke to I believe her name was "Pat". I did not make a service appt with Hannabery HVAC because "Pat" basically hung up on me saying there was nothing she could do. While I can appreciate the busy schedules you have, I mentioned to her that I was a referral. I would think that would mean something. I was happy to have waited 5-6 weeks for an appt because Hannabery was referred to me. My concern more than anything was the feeling from Pat that you didn't care about my business, didn't want my business, and could really care less about my business. I hope other new *pending* customers have a better experience than I did.

    Everything was prompt and professional. I received a quote to replace a heat pump quickly. It was detailed and complete. The price was thousands of dollars less than two competitors. When I accepted, they scheduled installation within a week. The scheduler said they would start at 0700. At 0700, they arrived and were ready to get to work. The brought enough people to complete the job within the same day. The installers were neat and polite. The installation looks professional, and works great. Not a single complaint or concern!

    Great team to work with. Competitive prices, fast to respond and excellent service personnel. They did a full furnace replacement for me during one of the coldest weeks of winter with their installation team putting in a 15 hour day to get us heat again. Their office personnel were polite, helpful and understanding when working through a few minor follow up problems I wanted fixed before I would pay my bill in full (only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars). Completely satisfied and would recommend them to others looking for a reliable HVAC service provider.

    Hannabery has both installed new and repaired existing HVAC equipment for our 2 businesses and our home for 15 years. In that time we've had many dozens of very good to excellent experiences with them, and only 1 so-so experience, which they addressed. It would be very hard to find a better HVAC outfit.

    This was project to add additional heat to our home. The estimate was produced quickly and the price was reasonable. The job was scheduled quickly. Ed and Pat did an awesome installation job!! They were polite and professional. They made suggestions which we readily agreed to. The work was done quickly. The new heaters look and function like they've always been there. We could not ask for a more positive experience.

    We had damage in out basement as a result of hurricane Ida. We called and scheduled service. Hannabery was responsive and sent out a tech immediately. Jason was fantastic. He was very professional and performed the service that we needed.

    Hannabery installed our AC and has serviced it most of the time we've had it. We've never had a problem they didn't handle promptly and well. Their repair personnel are professional, well trained and respectful to work with. We recommend them highly!
