We can't say enough good about this HVAC contractor. He gave a very fair estimate and was very willing to work with our install timeline. He installed the system professionally and did an awesome job on fit and finish. After the installation, he took me around and showed me things I can do for preventative maintenance. He even text the first vening after the install to make sure things were still working properly. His estimate was much better than other competitors and used better components. I highly recommend Royal HVAC! I should add, we were at work one day and he took our dog out on his own to use the bathroom. He didnt have to, but he said he wanted to before he left.

We had a great experience with royal HVAC. We needed a new system installed with duct work. Scott did a great job! He was very professional, punctual, and gave us the best deal. I had a Mr Cool mini split system that stopped working shortly after a different contractor installed it. Scott came in and looked at it, walked me thru what was needed, and got it done quickly. He worked with me on the date and time and was patient with me.

Reliable service and answered all our questions. Provided us with a new HVAC that is the most current on the market. His knowledge and connection with vendors in the field assured us were we’re getting the best deals and more up to date equipment.

Once the equipment was installed he walked me through the app installation on the thermostat to connect to my phone. He stayed for over an hour at our house to ensure the new HVAC system was running properly.

When installing a new thermostat connecting to our gas broiler, it didn’t connect and he reach out to the company to find out why it wouldn’t connect. Even though he wasn’t able to connect it to our house he gave us a plan of action to install a new thermostat that would be adaptable to our current connection.

He even went out of his way on the weekend to send a text to follow-up how the new system was running. He also always sent a text before showing up to confirm our appointments, helpful when working from home an juggling a busy schedule. Overall I would refer him to family and friends as I know he will provide them with the best service! A+

As a first time home buyer in this crazy inflated market, I bought a home “as is” with an old central air conditioner system and an oil furnace. It was a relief meeting with Scott who assured me that he could convert it to a gas furnace/AC combination unit. I had the best experience with Royal HVAC and I highly recommend them for anyone with HVAC needs. Scott was accommodating, efficient, and treated us like family. We are so thankful that our AC unit was ready for the summer and it runs great!

Scott is very professional and responsive. He listen to your needs and gets you the best option. We used to have the oil heating and no air conditioning in our house. We wanted to install new air conditioning and convert our heating to electric. Scott discussed with us our options and worked a week to get everything done. Now we have both heating and AC. Fast service, our system was wore out, and broke. He fit me in his schedule quickly. And got everything installed, without any problems.

Scott is a lifesaver! This is my first home and my heat decided to stop working in the midst of the coldest month of the year. I had called around and received estimates of 1 week plus as the soonest a technician could come out to see what was going on. Not only did Scott come out the same day, he provided us with portable space heaters to help keep the house warm while he waited for a part to come in. He is personable and a true professional!
