I am a contractor and I've had Dave Grunstra Heating & Air Conditioning work with me on a few projects. Dave either always picks up the phone, or calls me back very quickly. He instills confidence both to me and my clients by explaining the reasons behind what he is doing. He shows up when he says he's going to, and I've never had an extra bill from him.
