Jonathan is incredibly professional and helpful. He explained exactly how he knew my old furnace was unsafe and needed replacement. He and his team were quick to install a replacement and very responsive.

I echo what other reviewers have said here about Jonathan. He assessed the problem with our AC unit and gave us all the options. He didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need, or default to replacing the unit entirely. The most impressive thing I can say about this NextGen is that the owner is honorable, honest and hardworking. It was a bonus that our problem was resolved same day thanks to his willingness to drop by and see if he could assess the issue. Pricing was fair and transparent. Service and knowledge of the AC unit was exceptional. Highly recommend.

He came within the time he promised. Fixed the issue promptly and explained what it was to me. Cost too were very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend.

Jon is awesome. We had a leaky gas control valve on our aging boiler and needed it replaced. He was able to come by and take a look, agreed the valve was the problem, and quoted me a fair, and ultimately accurate, estimate for work and the part that he had available.

In completing the repair, he also cleaned the burners, replaced a thermocouple, for which only the cost of the part was added to the final charge, and got our boiler running good as, you know, as well as a who knows how old piece of complicated machinery can run.

He left making sure all the radiators were hot, and let me know to start saving up for a new boiler lol

We’ll definitely be calling Jon again for any future repairs and maintenance, and for when our big blue boi inevitably bites the dust.

Jonathan was refreshingly honest about being able to fix my unit instead of giving me the hard sell to replace the system.

He came out to give me an estimate and after assessing the situation spent a couple of hours getting my system up and running again, saving me thousands of dollars.

He also gave me a fair quote on a new system and the confidence he inspired in me makes me certain that when the time comes, I’ll be giving him a call for that upgrade.

He did a great job of helping me get another couple of seasons out of the system, which gives me time to prepare for the cost of replacement down the line.

I had asked another contractor to install an Ecobee thermostat for us. Turns out it had been wired incorrectly, and it blew a fuse. Jonathan was able to get to my home the same day I called him, was in and out within 10 minutes and had my system back up and running. Pricing was reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service! Jonathan is a man of his word answers the telephone came right out for me fixed it, shut off and came back out and replaced another part no charge for the extra work it was 90+ degrees. if you want Service, this is the company. No BS

Of course our HVAC system in our new home stopped working during the first heatwave of the summer! Luckily, Jonathan from NextGen was able to come out the very next day. He was knowledgeable and professional (and gave us lots of longterm tips on maintenance). He had our airconditioning system back up and running in an hour. Highly recommend!
