NextGen Heating and Air Conditioning

AC in the house I just moved into wasn't working. First company I had came out and told me I needed a new Evaporator Coil or a brand new system. The system itself is less than a year old. Jon came out for an inspection last week and discovered the leak was in the suction lineset. He was honest and professional. Didn't try to sell me a new system and fixed what I had. Work was well done and explained things to me. I will definitely be calling him again with any HVAC issues.

Jonathan went above and beyond to make sure the leak in my system was fixed. As soon as the needed part was available, he was over to install it. I was able to get a quick initial appointment as well. I would definitely recommend to others!

Despite multiple attempts by different service people, the HVAC system continued to operate inefficiently. My elderly father had a heating emergency earlier this month where his heater basically broke down during our recent freezing temperatures, and after having a contractor from another company not show up, in a panic, I found Next Gen via Google, called them, and Jonathan came out on very short notice, in fact that very night if I recall correctly and, where others may have thrown up their hands and just walked away, basically bent over backward over the next few days, returning again and again to help my father out of a very serious situation that seemed to keep changing and throwing him curveballs. In the end, the service was out of this world, and the price simply cannot be beat.

Johnathan was awesome, I left message and got a call back quickly. I was impressed that he came out same night since we had no heat. Got part and replaced in record time. I called a few other companies and some never called back. Only one other 2 days later. Definitely use again!
