They were used by the sellers agent when we purchased our home to fix the broken HVAC. Apparently, they did a shoddy get-it-ready for inspection job that I ended up having to shell out thousands within a few years. This was confirmed by the new installer. Facts: They threw an old R22 coil into an older case and installed it right over the oil furnace with no transition.

I have no idea how Condino HVAC only has 3 reviews here - they are tremendous! Rocky, the owner/founder, knows what he's doing with old Philadelphia homes, and is a master at coaxing out their potential. He steered me away from expensive items that would not help my home, and steered me towards ones that were cheap and would help my home. He put in a completely new Lennox central HVAC system for less that others would install lower-end brands. His crew was extremely pleasant to work with and did a fantastic job with a difficult old beast of a house. They were on time, completed the job in 2 days, and even filled out the extended warranty and PGW/PECO rebate paperwork for me!

And I'm not finished! I had an issue in my electrical panel shortly after they had come, and Rocky sent over a crew who were already nearby to check it out. Even though they hadn't explicitly caused the issue, they were happy to fix it and never even mentioned a bill. Not only that, Rocky personally came to my house to tune the system afterwards when I wasn't getting enough airflow to a few rooms. A few modifications, tips, and tricks later, and things are much better. I could not recommend Condino HVAC highly enough. They are an absolute gem.

I've used Rocky on 2 different Philly row homes. They installed a high efficiency Lennox furnace and central AC for both jobs. Also removed the old oil tank and line. The 2nd job added ductwork to a house that never had it, airflow was balanced nicely with duct size, the upstairs was within 1-2 degrees of the downstairs temp on the hottest days this summer. Assisted with the PGW rebate application

We've contracted Rocky and his team for multiple projects over the last almost 20 years and the service we've received has been nothing but stellar and affordable. Looking forward to working with them again. Thank you!
