Excellent and reliable work! We needed emergency service on a Sunday and got an immediate response. Goodman worked with us over several days to help remediate a clogged drain as well as replaced a drain pipe. Everyone was kind, thoughtful, especially for the cost of repairs, and helpful (including Nick, Gage, Zach, Ryan, and Jim).

We called Goodman, to service our heater. James our technician, was prompt. (Even early). He took his time to diagnose our problem. As my husband suspected, it was a thermocoupliin. Five Star rating! James, also installed carbon monoxide detectors,, a complimentary service from the company! James also noted our very old hot water heater, which we will be replacing it soon. He gave us an estmate. Hopefully, James will be our tech again in the near future! Good work, James! also,explained everything as he went about the repair.

I had a serious emergency entailing a water filter that became detached and within moments water flooded from below the kitchen sink, flooding the floors and gushing through the basement ceiling, quickly flooding the basement. A neighbor helped with switching the water off. I called Goodman Plumbing and was relieved that they could come early the next day, July 4. Nick came on time and swiftly identified the problem, removed the water filter, and replaced a corroded pipe. He worked quickly, explained clearly what he was doing, and did a great job. I now have no worries that the problem will arise again. Nick was polite, efficient, and capable. I am so happy that I have a plumbing company I can rely on in an emergency. I will use them for any plumbing work my house needs.

Nick called ahead, arrived on time, was professional and courteous and had the expertise and supplies to take care of two issues that had to do with sinks leaking. I will call Goodman Plumbing next time a need arises as I have been impressed with Nick and his colleague who was here previously (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall; it starts with an "E" I believe). Excellent customer service, unskilled service reps. I called to have my home HVAC system diagnosed. James the technician told me it was an electrical error, once corrected the air conditioning system would operate properly. I had an electrician come install what he wrote down on the company receipt to have the electrician install. Once the job was completed, I knew his diagnosis was not accurate. The was no change, not even an improvement with the system. As stated, the company have excellent customer service, they got James back, and wrongly diagnosed my system again. He told me my compressor to my new the unit was damaged, system locking up would cost 2,200 to repair and 3,800 to replace it with a new one. He said he couldn’t explain why a new unit was damaged, except the brand I had was a cheap brand. I got a second opinion from another company that charged me 79.00 for a diagnostic, and they only had to open the valve on the outside unit to allow the air to flow through the system. If a technician can diagnose the issue, James, I believe the professional thing would be to have another technician from your company come out and diagnose the problem. Not tell a customer their new unit brand is cheap because you as the technician are unskilled and unprofessional. I'm glad I went with my second thought and got a third diagnosis from a different company, I saved myself thousands of dollar

Goodman plumbing has been just so amazing to work with. My most recent experience was with Zach which was great. They are always very honest, hard working and quick to fix things. I have worked with other plumbers in the area and have been really dissatisfied with the crazy charges and shoddy work. Once I found Goodman plumbing, I only call them now.

Will definitely be using Goodman Plumbing from here on. Contacted them regarding my leaking water heater after seeing the company receive numerous referrals in a neighborhood Facebook group. Customer Service was great, assuring me someone would be over same day. Got a call from Zac maybe an hour later and he arrived exactly when promised. He was great, and the whole process was very quick and professional. I'm still amazed our water heater was replaced and everything completed within 3 hours from the time I called - thank you again!

Nick from Goodman is incredible. Flawless work, super knowledgeable and professional. I fully expected a mess and hassle. He mad it easy and respected my home.
