This company was responsive, experienced and fast but also had amazing prices. They provided better pricing than 3 other quotes I had and were able to set up a new central AC system and finish the whole job in 1 day. Unbelievable customer service and I highly recommend them.

AC was not cooling the house on a very hot day . . . on a holiday weekend . . . and I had guests coming to my house! I mentioned my guests simply to let him know what my availability was for the day. Anthony made it a point to come to my house before my guests arrived to try to fix the system. That is a sign of a businessperson who listens and cares about his customers. A part was needed so, understandably, a fix had to wait. But he then made it a point to locate the part first thing Monday morning . . . system was fixed before noon on Monday. Truly appreciate the extra effort he and his team made to get my AC working again as soon as possible. He was very upfront and transparent about the price. He and his team are very professional and personable. I would highly recommend Retro HVAC!!

Customer Service was Excellent! The gentleman that came out was very respectful, he completed the service and tested to ensure all was working properly. I mean he didn't just turn it on and say all was good, he let is run for a good period of time to ensure the temperature was correct, ensure there were no leaks, or any further issues. I appreciate him pointing out that our filter needed replacement. No surprise with pricing either.

Great service. Our heater broke over night and we woke up freezing. Called Anthony and he was able to come out within a couple of hours and had our heater fixed within the hour. He was very courteous and reviewed with us exactly what was wrong with our system. Other companies were giving dates of two days to a week later just to show up. Obviously, that was not an option. Highly recommend Retro HVAC and Anthony. Thanks again.

Our furnace was not heating adequately, and made 5 calls on Christmas eve. One company put us on schedule, couldn't come, and had to reschedule. Anthony and Alex returned my call, and came right away. Very professional, and I was given explanations on what they were doing. I use HomeServe for all systems in my home. Heater stopped blowing heat and Retro was dispatched. When they gave an arrival time…..they weren’t lying. Very professional, fast, prompt and very informative. The only reason I didn’t check good value is because HomeServe pays them. But, let’s face it…..with ALL that I was pleased with, I would’ve gladly paid for their service. I’m keeping them in the rolodex. Thanks guys!!!!

Anthony and his team were extremely professional. Gave a date in which the job would be completed 3-4 days, and was completed on-time! I can’t say enough how pleased I was with their level of service, professionalism, keeping me in the loop throughout the process. Cleaned up as they were working and before they left. The gentleman Anthony who came to service our water heater he was great. My husband and I had great experience with the service he provided. He was on time and very profesional. He took his time and making sure everything was done correctly. He also cleaned after the work was done. I will recommend him and definitely use his service again. Its hard to find great service.
